Long Term Grateful User
I've used CalendarBudget for many years and love it. I enter my financials manually, so I don't take advantage of the automatic import capabilities, but it's important for me to see all my transactions to keep myself accountable. I love being able to project out transactions and see low-points in my balances months ahead. I am thankful for the team, they are responsive when I have issues or requests, and have made a great tool.

I've tried nearly every budget app out…
I've tried nearly every budget app out there and most are complex and confusing but CalendarBudget has been the easiest and most convenient one ever! I set it up with my repeating bills and it keeps me on track. I love how I can see my future balance too. Great app and I highly recommend!

I like the site/app
I like the site/app, but I imagine many of us have, at least, both checking AND savings account. It would be nice for each calendar budget subscriber to be able to track more than one budget at a time. I wish they would allow a secondary budget to track on the same account. Makes it easier to visualize goals and the future (which is why/how I utilize the app).

What many people do to have a budget per account is create budget categories prefixed with the account name. For example, if I have a checking and savings, and a food category for each, I would create 2 categories named "SAV-Food" and "CHK-Food" and use the appropriate category when recording transactions. That way, you can use separate categories for each account as needed, but still be able to use a single category across accounts.
Just what I was looking for
Calendar Budget continues to be one of my best finds ever. Being able to put a transaction on a calendar and seeing what it will do to my account balance is just the ticket. It handles many accounts, many categories, many types of transactions. Well worth the cost. Thanks.

I've been using Calendar Budget for…
I've been using Calendar Budget for several years. I've used many programs over the years like Microsoft Money, Mint, Quicken, QuickBooks etc. For my personal account balancing this had been the easiest and longest used program. I started out when it was free and had no problem paying when they wanted to expand it's capabilities. The drag and drop feature has been my favorite part for seeing how something might effect my future balance. The new features to monitor reoccurring payments had been very helpful. I recommend it to friends and family.

The product is really convenient. Helps me know when to expect a automatic payment. Helps me stick to a budget. This company really cares about there customers.

That's awesome Julie! It's so nice to plan ahead so you can usually walk up and pay cash for most things (or pay off the purchase immediately when you make it on credit to help build your Credit Score). We love knowing what to expect in future finances too. Happy Budgeting!

My favorite way to budget. I prefer a forecast over historical analysis. Also, I like being able to hear from the developer.
