I was ignored at caliber car wash in Fort Pierce by the attendant that stood with her back to me. I honked at her. She refused to acknowledge me after the second honk somebody else appeared by the name of Alfredo, and then started accusing me of disrespect, disrespecting his employees this is absolutely ridiculous. He then proceeded to suggest that I cancel my caliber membership. This is I think outrageous as a company.

Continued charging me after I tried to cancel — and never responded
I have repeatedly attempted to cancel my Caliber Car Wash membership and have contacted the company multiple times regarding the cancellation and continued charges. I have NEVER received a response. Not once.
Meanwhile, Caliber has continued charging my card $37.99 month after month. My bank records show recurring charges in January, February, March, April, May, June and July. In March, I was also charged an additional $19.99 on top of the $37.99 recurring charge.
The most frustrating part is the complete lack of customer service. I have repeatedly tried to resolve this directly with Caliber, yet my communications have gone unanswered while the recurring charges continue.
My next expected billing date is approaching, and after months of trying to get this resolved, I am still having to watch my bank account to see whether they charge me yet again.
Based on my experience, I absolutely cannot recommend Caliber Car Wash.
I quit using the carwash in Benbrook because you can't just by a carwash and move on with your day. They gotta pay for those tablets and whatever they paid for the rollout! Maybe get the AC fixed at this location for your employees, instead of expensive pushy sales! I use the only other carwash in Benbrook (Snap Clean). The manager let's you spend your money and move on with your day! Last but not least. A vehicle has two sides. I don't want one side sprayed off weather I have a membership or not. Or have to wash my own wheels before paying you to only spray one side of my vehicles. Two thumbs down!
I went thru this car wash maybe 3 times and never ever said we wanted a membership. In fact my husband and I always say no just this one time. I just looked back and I've been charged monthly fees since February of this year. That's 10 months of charges! I want my money back and I will never use this business again. I didn't even sign anything, how is this even legal?!
I cannot get anyone to contact me, they have
no phone number anywhere to be found and do not respond to email or social media messages.
I already filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and noticed many other of the EXACT same complaints. What a horrible business.
