It was easy, and we got exactly what was advertised. My gift arrived late but they took extra initiative to make sure it reaches asap and even called the hotel it was going to get delivered to make arrangements.

I cannot fault the service. I realised I had written a name incorrectly during the order and contacted to change it and it was done the same day! The delivery was also super quick (1 day). This was very easy to organise a hamper for my auntys birthday from Australia. Very happy and my Aunty lived the hamper. Great value.

Your shipping services in the BayArea are awful. 300$ package, no actual customer notification on delivery, no adherence to SLA [delivery was scheduled on Wed, the Driver lied about his attempt 3 times, I had to call again, another failed attempt - again driver lied as recipient was always home. Had to call AGAIN on Friday and told you'll deliver on Tue the following week - REALLY ?!

The PostSale representative was nice enough to offer to hand deliver the order herself, thank you Anna, but REALLY !!! this is the kind of business you're building... Very disappointing

I surprised my boyfriend with a Beer basket while on a business trip. He practically died when he got it. He was soooooooo happy. I thought it was cool they offered out of the ordinary gifts and did it fast (next day)!

Sent this as a gift for a friend who is battling illness. Was delivered on time on the day requested. Gift was much appreciated.

The website is very user friendly. I sent an email about the tracking and got the answer very quick. However, the box was delivered in front of the door and the driver did not knock the door or ring the bell. I was very scared of someone could steal the box.
The box was great, my in-laws were very happy.

Before i purchased the Moet Champagne Basket i got in contact with your customer service representative to see if the package included everything in the image (including wicker basket), to which the rep confirmed tes everything is sent exactly as in image online. I then proceeded to purchase as gift the Moet gift basket. Although delivery was prompt, the basket was different. No wicker basket as in picture and as previously reassured by your team. Also there was different chocolate items than were advertised. I used this site as i am Irish and living in Ireland, i was searching for a
reliable company & delivery to my brother in San Fran. However i am disappointed, basket was different and no contact made by your team to excuse nor explain why.
