Never received

I thought I had received this product Order # 35559
As a gesture of goodwill they're offering me partial refund as they say the Retinol Face Cream x 2 of which I never got.
Calixovera says the products were substantially used.
Not true!

I'm a bit of a lip product snob and I usually hate oils because they’re either too greasy or disappear in five minutes. This one actually stays put and gives a lovely, healthy glow without the stickiness. Huge plus: my hair doesn't get stuck to my lips when it's windy! Giving 4 stars only because I wish the applicator was slightly larger, but the formula itself is 5 stars. Really impressed with how hydrated my lips feel throughout the day.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! This company is a fraud. I did receive the product but it was not as described. I asked to send it back and get a refund which they refused saying they do not take back items after they have been used. It was not used only tried on. They offered me a 20% refund which would only be about $10 and I paid them $50 for the product. Crappy business.

DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed my order and paid and waited a long while for the product to arrive. What I finally received was a USPS plastic mailer with a hole in it and nothing inside.
I contacted the company for assistance and included photos. They wrote back requesting more pictures which I sent. They responded with “Happy to help!” and a smiley face emoji then told me they take no responsibility and to contact the police. Absolutely horrible service. They have my money and I have no product and they couldn’t care less. I wrote back asking again for their help as the shipper to contact USPS and take it up with them and/or provide me with a replacement and again the fake “Happy to help!”was their response again but then they say they delivered a package even though it was empty and will do nothing further.
I have never had such horrible service. I’m starting to wonder if this company is not legitimate.

Scam alert check better business bureau

VERY POOR PRODUCT

I purchased a pair of Multi-Distance Eyewear x 1 which did not perform as advertised. On the day I receive the eyewear I reached out to Calixorvera (March 6th) to get instructions to return the item. It is now going on 5 weeks and they have not responded to at least six attempts I have made, including telephone calls only to find the phone mailbox "full".

If I could give 0 stars! Another scam company, purchased a lip oil and the burning was intense. Contacted the company, at first gave me the runaround and finally agreed to refund almost 3 weeks later, saying we apology so busy we will get to you. Calixorvera lip oil is a scam, I’m not sure how many products they sell. Run do not trust, if a product does not work, you will waste your money & time. I have left multiple negative reviews about this company, still waiting 1 1/2 months, 20 some emails. Their last response, you are our first priority, to get a refund, they had the nerve to email, before we refunded you, give us 5 stars and send a screenshot and we will refund you. So sad a business operates like this. You keep scamming people, not right.

the product that I ordered for male…

the product that I ordered for male enhancing was a bootleg knock-off. as soon as I applied it it burned my gentiles where I had to immediately wash off with cold water and apply vasalene. It came in the same box, but the label on the tube was different. I would return it, but like any scam from China.Well You Know!!!!

I have returned the item I ordered and have not paid due to the process being through ShopPay. So I am not asking for a refund, just asking to cancel the order. They will not do that. Not happy with this transaction

The auto focus eyeglasses do not work…

The auto focus eyeglasses do not work and despite a 30 day return policy, the company is refusing to refund me. Initially they said they could only issue a partial refund because the glasses were “significantly used” - What? I tried them on, they didn’t work and I immediately asked how to return. When I explained this to them, they said they would give me zero refund because I shipped back the product without their permission. What? They are still sitting here while I’m awaiting information on their return process. This is obviously a scam and I wish I hadn’t been so gullible. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
