CallRail has some great features that…

CallRail has some great features that make my marketing so much easier with quick texts and calls through the seamless operation between desktop and app. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is mostly because I need to be able to receive and send pictures and links. That is not possible at this time. I also don’t have unlimited texts, but they are relatively cheap. Just wish I could avoid giving out my private number for that. Adding something like google voice just seems redundant.

So much better than the competition

Our agency was using another call tool for years. We stayed with that company as long as we did simply because we never took the time to research other options. When we finally did and found CallRail we immediately fell in love with it. We have now been using CallRail for almost a year and we absolutely love it.

The user interface is modern and really easy to work with. The DNI script / WordPress plugin is short and simply works and we love how well it integrates with Google Analytics and AdWords.

I’ve being using Callrail for several…months

I’ve being using Callrail for several months now and it’s being invaluable capturing leads for my real estate business. I love the fact that I can concentrate on talking to customers instead of taking notes during the call by using the record function.

New to Marketing

Realy enjoy the service

Its just the app

Callrail is great but the app sucks. You can't copy and paste in the app. This means when someone calls and you want to respond with text you must memorize the number and input it into the text field. At that point you must remember what number they called. Instead, let me click their number in the missed call screen and it should text from the appropriate number. You're limited to 140 characters in text like it's 2002.

Easy to Use and Robust

My experience as an advertiser/marketer iinvolves large six and seven figure monthly national spenders. Call tracking is an essential tool of the trade. So features and flexibility is important. I was introduced to CallRail a couple years ago and have steadily have used it more and more. It's simple enough for small advertisers and has a lot of features to support even larger enterprises. Call Rail definitely provides a lot of bang for your buck, while also remaining an affordable option.
