I'm very happy with Callshake as a replacement for Skype. I've tried a few companies so far, and nothing worked in the way I was hoping. Their customer service is excellent. I had a quick response from Sky who followed up with me and helped me through my questions. I am choosing Callshake because it works the easiest but mostly because of the customer service.
I’m giving Callshake 5 stars for their helpful customer service. I was having trouble hearing anyone when the call connected. Jake got back to me quickly and suggested a number of possible reasons for the issue, including that my browser settings might need adjusting. Based on his suggestion, I tried a different browser and everything worked very well. I’m really happy with the quick, accurate advice I received.
Everything works great and very cheap calling. I called my bank in the USA from the Philippines and no problems and very clear calling and was able to take care of a problem at my bank.

I had depended on Skype for international calls. I needed a replacement when Skype wound up. Callshake fits the bill. Its simple, fast and with clear calls. Also, I needed some technical support before I could set up the account - which was timely and excellent (better than Skype!). My experience with the desktop interface was equally satisfactory - intuitive, easy and fast.

Callshake is a Godsend! After the death of Skype, it's been impossible to find an affordable and effective solution to call landlines around the world. I signed up for Callshake, deposited $10, and was able to call the US and Ireland from my laptop (currently in Taiwan). The call quality was great, and the interface was clear, simple, and easy to use. The rate was super-affordable. I encountered a minor technical issue and contacted their customer service, which promptly addressed the problem. I am beyond impressed. Good work, Callshake! And THANK YOU.
