Calm Haven Beauty was one of the only places I could find the viral Orbis Essence in Hair Milk. For a very popular , viral product, it was really well priced and it was delivered in 48 hours with a free sheet mask as a gift. Great service.

Well packaged, quick despatch and delivery.

I have received one of the items in the order badly tempered with, used almost 25%. I emailed them with picture evidence and they offered me a refund as good will, clearly denying the tempering with the product. They requested a video of opening the parcel/ product to sustain the allegation. The product did not have a seal on and I emailed them the same day when I received the items.How was the item going to be used so much in a few hours? And who takes videos of opening the parcels? Their trail of thought does not make sense.
I wanted to return the whole order as I am very disappointed and they asked for the items not to be sent opened/used. Double standard?
Would not purchase from them again and would not recommend them. Stay well clear.
There are superior retailers to buy from in the UK. Shameful for a family business to operate on these principles.

REPLY: Your reply is untrue and it is NOT backed up by my emails. I never declined to send the items back and I sent the pictures as soon as I picked up the parcel later in the day. The two items were the Mary and May products I bought from your website. One of them clearly shows in the pictures as not having been used and the other one is 75% full. Please do not insult the customers’ intelligence as retailers fill up the bottles at the same level. They have a conveyor belt and the bottles are filled up with the same amount of product in the production line. The pictures are very conclusive and honest hence why my complaint. This is all about the principle and not the amount I paid for although I regret having bought from your website. You are disingenuous as people and as a company and clearly only care about money.

Always have the best prices and products available. Delivery is always fast. My skin has never looked this good. Also give really good samples. I received a face mask a few months ago and it was so good it’s now become a staple in my skincare routine

I have ordered a few times from Calm beauty and it is the easiest shopping experience to find exactly what products I need. They categorise their products by product type and then what it will achieve for your skin. I always shop the soothing range and I have seen huge improvements in my redness and texture. Often when I find a product that work I will stick to it but as shopping with them is so easy I feel comfortable to try other products in the soothing catagory to find the best products for my skin. My order is very often shipped the next day and it very often includes a free face mask which again suits my skin type and a mini sample, one of which I have now purchased full sized. Excellent company I always recommend to family and friends.
