Scam company!!! I’m updating my previous review because the situation has unfortunately not been resolved.

I originally cancelled my subscription back in June 2025 and have repeatedly contacted the company to confirm that I do not want to receive any further products. Despite this, they have continued to charge me and send shipments for months without my consent.

What’s especially frustrating is that they now acknowledge my cancellation from June 2025 — yet they still refuse to issue a full refund for all the charges made after that date. Offering to refund just the most recent order is simply not acceptable given the circumstances.

Being charged for something you have clearly cancelled, over such a long period of time, raises serious concerns about how they handle their customers and subscriptions. From my experience, this feels very misleading and unfair.

I strongly recommend others to be cautious before signing up.

The absolute worst company to deal with. There is no phone number or customer service that’s available. I’ve reached out several times to cancel my account and even though I’m told it was cancelled I’m being charged and shipped product I don’t care for. Not only am
I still being charged when I was told over and over my account was cancelled I’m being charged in 2 separate accounts. I have multiple unopened packs of the worst product I’ve ever tasted. Do not waste time, money or energy! If you want to try the product I’ll give it away!

Stole my money. Never received any products and are still charging me. DO NOT BUY

Scam, terrible customer service, hardly ever reply and when they do it’s dishonest, lying about cancelling subscriptions (which I shouldn’t have even been enrolled into in the first place).

I blocked the payments with my bank so I now have a failed bank transaction every month.

BEWARE - THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. They trap you into a subscription, even after canceling it, my card still got charged for a second subscription - so they blatantly don’t care that you have unsubscribed. I never received the first shipment!! And now neither the second one, while I have paid for two sets till now - and in 3 weeks, not a single response from their team regarding my issue even after tons of emails.

Total scammers.. I received the first promotional shipment on time. Then they just kept deducting from my card with no shipments. 2 months delay for Jan Shipment and one month plus for Feb and it took ages to get them to cancel my subscription. They wont even refund the amount... Never buy from them. Product is not all that great either!!!

As everyone else has said. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. You will be signed up for a subscription without this being disclosed and charged monthly. No amount of emails asking them to cancel worked. Had to cancel my card which is a massive pain! Someone’s getting rich unlawfully!!

The drink upset my stomach. I have emails going back 3 months asking them to cancel the subscription, each time they promise to cancel yet each month they take the money then claim that they can't refund because it's "in transit"
That's £78 worth of lies and fraud from this company.
Do not give them your card details, they're fraudsters.

Do not buy from them! They continue to charge a monthly subscription even after you've cancelled the subscription. They'll tell you they've cancelled, but then you'll see a charge month after month. I'm currently dealing with my credit card company.

Should have checked the reviews first,
my invoice says buy one get one free and yet no free package of 10 sachets arrived with my order, despite sending all the proof they have asked for they are still delaying. Now they are saying BOGOF is only on the first order. So essentially you are paying £2.60 Per sachet. I have now cancelled however they have tried to take a further £26 from my bank.

1 Star – Misleading conduct and unauthorised recurring charges
I cancelled my order after identifying misleading information on Calmify’s website regarding subscription arrangements. This cancellation was made in writing and was acknowledged by the company.
Despite this, my payment details were charged two additional times after cancellation, despite my clear instruction that no further orders or charges were authorised.
Subsequent correspondence from Calmify was prompt but continued to provide misleading and inconsistent information, and the company failed to properly terminate the subscription despite confirming that it had been cancelled.
Processing payments after a valid cancellation constitutes unauthorised transactions and raises serious concerns regarding compliance with Australian Consumer Law and fair trading obligations.
After reviewing other customer experiences, it is apparent that this conduct is not isolated.
I am now pursuing formal refunds and lodging complaints with consumer protection authorities.
I strongly caution consumers to exercise extreme care before providing payment details or entering into any subscription arrangement with this company.

Scam company, do NOT order
They keep taking money from your card even after you cancel.
I clearly stopped the order, but they did NOT stop charging me.
This is extremely frustrating and feels like a scam.
They ignore cancellations and just keep withdrawing money.
Do NOT order from this company they are scammers.
Save yourself the trouble and your money.

Reading the reviews it seems we have all been hit with the same ‘subscription scam’
After a month of emails back and forth I am still unable to return a second package that is unwanted & I never ordered in the first place. This company definitely needs reporting to the Consumer Trading Standards they are STEALING MONEY from people’s bank accounts & masking it as a ‘planned subscription’ made when you first make a purchase. God know how much money they’ve made from people via this. DO NOT PURCHASE

Such a scam. I didnt even register for a subscription. They kept postponing the cancellation and after they did, they still took money from my account. This is such a cheap company. This is the most dreadful situation ever. STAY AWAY PLEASE. I wish I can give negative ranking.

I messaged to cancel my subscription multiple times and they still took money out of my account

Money hungry company with no response times adhered too on there emails. You have to email to cancel the subscription then they send an automated 2-3 business day turn around which they never actually respond too I’ll be disputing my card now as I cannot get a response from this AWFUL company! Do yourself a favour and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

If I could give it a 0 I would tired to cancel for 3 months still taking money and ignoring my emails. Don't order unless you want life time supply. Absolutely appalling customer service

Terrible customer service. I have attempted to cancel 4 times. Each time they send a email delayed by a couple of days saying they would offer me a deal which I refuse and asked again for a cancellation. I finally got an email saying they would cancel yet I find myself charged again. I had to cancel my card just to avoid getting recurring charges. The product does not work and it’s a scam.

Worst customer service ever. They took over a month to cancel my subscription after a dozen emails back and forth. After I was told my subscription was cancelled I got charged for another order which they are not refunding. I’ve never had a worse experience with a company.
