Was originally pleased with what we were offered for our things, it was only when I went online later and looked at a similar coin they were selling was over £300 more than they paid me and mine was in better condition! That’s a good profit for them.
Now thinking I should have got more money than I got.

Outstanding service from Ruben at Cambridgeshire Coins! I urgently wanted a particular banknote for a gift and Ruben despatched it 24 hour delivery within a few minutes of my phone call. Very helpful indeed . It was very inexpensive and not a big sale for them but it was very important to me.
Also I was very pleased with the banknote which was in good condition and in a decent quality plastic case. Both I and the recipient were delighted. Would definitely use them again.

A flyer from Cambridgeshire coins informed me that they were holding a selling event in Hunstanton. I went down with some silver coins, silver, and a gold coin. I spent a very pleasant 20 minutes with Perry who put me at my ease immediately. He was very informative, he went through the items and explained what he could accept and what he couldn’t giving reasons. He gave me what I felt was a very fair price for those items he accepted and I left feeling that it had been a very good experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

A gold coin that has been purchase but not delivered for over 2 months... I personally have taken it through the payment company to FORCE my money back after they have gone completely silent and not co-operating with the payment companies.

Also a further point, having bought some silver coins from you some years ago... they were mixed with non silver coins and dates that were out.

Your card is marked, are you guys that stupid to think you can get away with taking someones money and not delivering their gold?

You should have the decency to respond to emails and the payment company instead of dragging your knuckles through the mud.

Direct honesty would be appreciated than outright evasion to the facts.

I visited Cambridgeshire Coins who were visiting a village that is fairly local to my home. I went with a variety of things - some very sentimental - and so I guess I was feeling a little apprehensive.
I have to say that Nico was the ultimate professional. Very knowledgeable and he quickly sorted my items into what had interest to Cambridgeshire Coins. He gave me some helpful information on all the items, even though some were not applicable to his business. It really felt like he respected the items and where they originated from, which made the whole process feel dignified & positive.

I would recommend this company for fair valuations and just for an all-round positive experience.
