Things go wrong with motorhomes and service department has been great and sorted any issues.
Phone Luke in service today as glow plug warning light came on and explained we are going abroad in a few weeks.
Luke has managed to book us in, parts ordered and went out of his way to help us.

We have hired motorhomes from Camper UK for over four years. The vans have always been clean, reliable and ideal for our needs. We have used the motorhomes in the UK and abroad. The bookings and insurance are easily facilitated by Carl Taylor in the hire department. All the staff are very helpful and knowledgeably and very keen that you have a good experience.

Our motorhome has been serviced and maintained by Camper UK for the last 6 years and we have always been happy with the service we have received from them. It was, accordingly, an easy decision to buy our new van from them and not bother with the competition. It was a wise decision. There was no rush, no pressure and no "hard sell". Richard left us alone to decide at our leisure, yet always managed to be around when we had a question. Nothing was too much trouble and he was cheerful, patient and very friendly throughout, making parting with a great deal of money an easier experience, surely a sign of a great salesman! Likewise, the other staff who we dealt with were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, particularly Carl and Aaron. We would have no hesitation in recommending Camper UK.

First class company to deal with from Sales through to after sales ! Richard in sales made sure everything was sorted for my New Cathargo S plus along with a great after sales and hand over . We ordered an awning online and realised we’d ordered the wrong one. I phoned the accessories shop first thing in the morning to try to resolve it. The staff couldn’t have helped me more. They stopped the pending delivery, arranged a refund and gave me advice regarding the actual awning we needed all in a very short space of time. The awning we ordered arrived in just over 24 hours. Top marks to Camper uk, we couldn’t recommend them enough. 10/10

We were looking to move from a VW campervan to a motorhome, obviously looked online and Camper UK stood out with detailed advertising so you had an accurate idea of each van, so we knew which one we were after beforehand and worth the 2hr drive.
Richard was the right balance of being down to earth not pushy let us look around at our leisure. We chose and paid a deposit on the day and they allowed 2 weeks to get it ready, and us organising payment and collection. We used Enterprise cars to drive up and leave at their depot round the corner so worked well. We had an excellent show round tutorial lasting a few hours, any issues noted were corrected straight away so we felt confident driving away. All the team were friendly and down to earth but ready to help and advise well, if needed after sale. Thank you

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish – Highly Recommended
We recently purchased a Bürstner Lyseo I 744 A-Class motorhome from Camper UK in Lincoln, and the entire experience was exceptional from beginning to end.
From our very first visit through to driving away in our new van—affectionately named “Sheila’s Wheels” in memory of my late mother-in-law—we felt fully supported every step of the way.
A special thank you goes to Glynn Harrison, who guided us through the whole process with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. As first-time motorhome buyers, my wife Alison and I naturally had a few anxieties, but Glynn was fantastic at putting us at ease and helping us choose the right vehicle for our needs. He arranged a test drive, offered excellent advice on the most suitable accessories, and ensured everything was in place for us.
We were particularly grateful for the flexibility shown in allowing the motorhome to remain on site until the warmer weather in February, as well as coordinating the additional work, including installation of air conditioning, the Gaslow system, solar panel, and security features.
I’d also like to extend our thanks to the accessory shop team—especially Alex—and to Paul, who conducted our handover. His patience and thoroughness were incredible; it was probably the longest handover he’s ever done, but he made sure we were completely comfortable and confident before leaving.
All in all, a truly first-class experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Camper UK to anyone considering a motorhome purchase.

I have previously purchased in Carthago motor home with great after sales service. I have now a Burstner Elegance that I purchased private, with having an issue with some parts I found that even the fact I hadn't purchased the motor home from UK Camper the service was still brilliant. Well done to UK camper and especially David Whapplington in parts and servicing.

This is the second time that I have dealt with Camper UK. The first time, in June 2025, Carl Taylor went out of his way to obtain a copy of my Certificate of Conformity which helped me out significantly with convincing the DVLA that I could up-plate my motorhome without further modification (it's a long story). He didn't ask for any payment. This week I've been dealing with David Brain for some water pipe that cannot be sourced anywhere else. It is a specific make with specific qualities. He arranged for a metre to be sent at a very reasonably price; it arrived the following day. I can only describe their service as outstanding on both occasions.

David and Alex in the Camper UK parts department always seem to come up trumps.
First and foremost they are both very friendly and polite. They always have had the parts I require in stock. Example, today I was quoted a minimum of 6/8 weeks delivery for a part which Camper have in stock. They offer 24 hour delivery(at a cost) which is reliable. As well as having the parts they also provide them at competitive prices. For Carthago parts they will now be my “go to” dealer.

Again, a great service by Camper UK. A solar panel failed on my Motorhome and a simple email to Camper UK had a replacement sourced within a day by David in the spares dept. As I don’t live near to them they arranged shipping. At my request they also arranged for the purchase of a matching 2nd until. Overall, a faultless process.
