No email, no return call, No communication at all
I had my Dr office had sent my new prescription to Canada Pharmacy and I've sent an email to get confirmation from Pharmacy but I got undelivered notification for the email I've sent to support and no reply email from either sales or care team for my questions. I've also call to toll free number on the website, no answer, left message, no return call.
Are you guys still in business?

Quality Experience
I have been using this entity for some time now and my results have been quite satisfactory. I have been able to get what I need at sensible prices (less than the co-pay if I used my insurance). They have also been good to follow up when it is time to reorder.

Very Terrible Experience
I was given a go around on my order. They told me the medication was available. I told them emphatically to check physically to be sure the medication was available, and they confirmed it was. Then they told me when I contacted them about payment information that my order had been canceled. They canceled my order after all the stress they put me through. Then kept me on hold for over an hour. They cut me off the phone on multiple occasions. They wasted my time for no reason. They couldn’t even communicate clearly on the phone. I have had a very bad experience.
