As of the end of 2023, Candid ceased all direct-to-consumer clear aligner products and services, and are no longer associated with this profile. Candid announced this change via news publications, on its website, and in digital communications to its customers. In the two years following the announcement, Candid assisted customers who had purchased aligner kits in completing their treatments, obtaining refunds, and beginning retention. The final day to purchase retainers as a direct-to-consumer customer was March 8th, 2024. Candid no longer provides aligners, retainers, treatment accessories, dental records, or refunds to direct-to-consumer customers. Those seeking clear aligners or retainers manufactured by Candid should work with a dental provider who uses their CandidPro product.

I'm in the midst of treatment right now and so far everything has been near perfect! The specialists make everything easy to understand and genuinely seem to want the best for your treatment and budget. So far I haven't had any problems with my treatment.

Candid has been amazing
Candid has been amazing. I went and did an in person consultation, was told upfront the costs (which was way cheaper than it’s competitors) and I was able to tell them what all I wanted changed about my teeth. The communication is always open, quick and professional. I’ve been using my aligners for 4 months now and my teeth already have changed for the better. My spacing is fixed, my cross bite is getting corrected and I still can go about my daily life. I recommend candid to everyone.

I was hesitant about trying Aligners…
I was hesitant about trying Aligners online but I watched a YouTube review and I gave in. Getting Aligners from Candid really boosted my confidence. I feel comfortable with the Aligners in all day. My mom noticed my improving smile & decided she wanted to give it a try also. We’re currently waiting on her package & my gift card lol!
