Missing product
I received the shipment exactly a month ago in the mail. Everything else was fine, but one cookie package was missing, there should have been two, there was only one. I have sent five different emails from three different email addresses in the past month. One message via the feedback form. One message on Facebook and one message on Instagram. I have not received a single response to my complaint. There is nothing else to demand other than that I finally receive the missing product in its place and as soon as possible.
Would it be possible to reach you through this or should this be taken to the consumer authorities for resolution? It is really only a very small amount of money, so the money is not the most important thing. The most important thing would be for you to finally respond to my inquiries. Thank you!
