Luma Candles Avis

This candle is lovely does the job not needed on long before the whole house smells lovely

Really quick delivery, great value for money and lovely scents!

I've bought numerous candles, at variable prices and can honestly say the scent from luma candles is true, clear, longasting and clean burning. Tamika is like a holiday scent in a jar - gorgeous

Love the wax melts but I think there should be more delivery options, paying £3.50 for delivery that isn’t next day when ordering is a bit steep. I don’t mind waiting for my order but I would rather pay the actual cost of a 2-4 day delivery rather than wait days for it to be dispatched and then get it next day? I can’t fault the products but just think it’s quite expensive when only purchasing one lot of wax melts.

Ordered a candle (over £35) nearly 3 weeks ago and have still not received it. Luma said the courier had attempted delivery last week, but I was not informed via postal card. They said on Tuesday it will be redelivered the next day, but it wasnt. I emailed them on Wednesday for an update. No response. My birthday is on Saturday and this was meant to be a present for myself. Luma wont inform me what courier they use, which I suggest is because they are using either Royal Mail or Hermes which are awful. I did not want to leave a bad review but if I can’t get a response from them for a resolution and compensation then I feel other customers should be aware. Disappointed as this company was recommended to me by a friend.

Beautiful quality and easy to order and receive process. Thank you!

Very nice product. The wax melts smelt heavenly. Would definitely buy again.

Lovely candle, great quality would recommend and definitely buy again.

I love, love, love these candles. They leave the whole house smelling absolutely amazing!!! ❤️

Beautifully scented candles that are nicely packaged & are made from soy (so no nasties). Good to have a smaller version to test, before investing in the larger.
Personal favourites are Valensole (lavender) for the colder months & the newly purchased Navagio (rhubarb) for summer. Highly recommended.

Candles by Luma is by far the best smelling candles I’ve ever purchased. They smell great and look great! I bought four in my first order and no doubt I’ll be coming back for more. I bought the other candles as presents and kept 1 for myself! Everyone’s well chuffed. The delivery was fast and arrived the next day and it was nicely packaged too. Candles By Luma also do good deals so you will get your money’s worth for sure. Highly recommended!

Always a bit worried about buying candles off the Internet, as you can't smell them first, but no need to worry about Luma! They smell amazing and burn beautifully.
Will definitely be ordering more 😌

Excellent service and a great deal too. My mum was so pleased with the candles and said the scents are gorgeous!

The candles arrived quickly and have lovely strong scents that fill the room. I love the scent Nayara which is just as described on the website.

I purchased the large Makalu and the medium Valensole candles, they burn so cleanly and the fragrance is so strong you can light the candle for an hour and have scent that last all day. I would put these on par with neom cadles at a fraction of the cost. Great value for money!!

Great candles, nice scent and look the business. Brilliantly packaged and quick delivery. Will definitely be back!

Quick delivery and beautiful candles, the lavender one in particular is lovely

Love these wonderful candles. They arrived well packed, the candle packaging it’s self is just perfect (not a draw the eye statement in the middle of the room). I think I am on my 6th candle now and they have all lasted well, give the room a lovely smell and totally reliable.

Lovely candles - I purchase one as a gift and one for myself. My candle smells like a holiday!
