Lovely staff. Kind and warm.
HOWEVER,
When I went to pay, there was a pre-filled 20% gratuity on the check-out screen.
This is a doctor's office where I get medical care, and they asked for a tip.

Hello, we are sorry to hear of your experience. We hope when you come here, you do not get the typical doctor office experience. We train our staff on being informative and educational on the medical marijuana process, as the rules and laws can be very confusing. We also train on customer service skills and always be welcoming and warm. Insurance does not cover us, so we rely on providing an exceptional experience to keep our patients coming back. If you feel our staff went out of the way to provide this experience then feel free tip them. You are not required to do so. It is an incentive for them to provide good service, and 100% of the tip goes to the person on staff helping you. Whether you tip them or not, they will still treat everyone the same no matter what. Having long term happy employees is also beneficial to our patients.

Unacceptable
There seemed to be miscommunication between offices because the back and forth of it was faxed and they never received it but I was shown confirmation. So I had to drive to get the paperwork and physically hand deliver it to the Cannibis Card office to make sure that they scanned it and it was sent finally to receive my card.
