Very confusing
Very confusing. Chat AI answers everything the same. My printable certificate is truncated and I lose half the screen which renders it useless.

Hello, the state website where you access the certificate has a bug where you can't click on the print button to print the certificate. You actually need to use the built in print function of the browser you are using. So Ctrl + P on Windows or Cmd + P on Mac.
The state is aware of this scaling issue when the print button on their site is clicked and they are working to resolve it.
If you are still having trouble please call us directly at 804-893-5068 and we can help you print it off.
