I love the organic and holistic formula…
I love the organic and holistic formula Cannabliss Organic uses in each of its products. The high quality of ingredients is evident with the fast results I've seen compared to other high end beauty care products. Living in the North East in winter leaves your skin dry and dehydrated. I have seen great improvement in my dryness since using the body oil, salve, and lotion. The salve is also very helpful on sore muscles. All of the products have a wonderful smell especially the foaming face wash. The face wash is amazing!!! it leaves my face feeling silky smooth, fresh and clean without drying it out. I would and always do recommend these products to friends and family.

Products didn’t work for me
Products didn’t work for me. Showed items to my Doctors to show how it didn’t work on me. Contacted owner because there was a lot of dollar investment. After a few back and forth talks, she only offered partial reimbursement which I think was very wrong for her business.

Jo, you and I had a lot of back and forth emails and I felt that we had even developed a personal friendship. Your daughter wanted you to start using CBD instead of the medications that you are on. Of course CBD and organic products is not going to work the same as what your doctor prescribes. You had used all of the products for 30 days when you asked for the refund. Cannabliss's refund policy is very clear that we do not take back used products and we have a 30 day return policy. I was sensitive to your situation and asked if you would accept a partial refund, we could split the difference and you can keep all of the product, possibly for your daughter. You sounded happy with that and agreed with that and I refunded you 50%. We are a small indie brand and I want all of our customers to be satisfied, I personally respond to all emails and concerns, as the founder and owner, I wear many hats. This is an unfair review, as our products are made with the best quality ingredients and I feel that our refund policy is very fair. Thank you for the feed back. Sincerely, Melissa
