Really disappointed with my experience. I ordered custom bobble head. The order was delayed — ETA was 15 days but it took almost 1.5 months to arrive. The quality is extremely poor and looks nothing like the reference picture I provided. Despite having an AU website, the product was shipped from India. Worst site I’ve used for customised products. Complete waste of money.

I would put zero stars for the mug I purchased if I could. The colour is coming off after rinsing it for the first time, I only received it yesterday. The colour came off on my washing-up gloves, are they food safe, I won't be buying from this company again

Their canvas product is flimsy, bad quality, it arrived damaged, broken and bent. They refused to refund or replace. They are representing themselves as an Australian company, AND THEY ARE NOT, their product comes from India and THEY ARE ILLEGALLY CHARGING GST. Their invoices and website have no ABN. They are NOT AUSTRALIAN. If you want a refund and you paid by Paypal, I was able to by lodging a case, Canvas Champ then offered a refund of ONE CENT. I then escalated. Then I was tired of waiting, I called them. Paypal were difficult with refunding until I said "It is against Paypal's Policies and the Australia Consumer Law for a company to misrepresent themselves as an Australian business, this is illegal, you are breaking the law by not refunding me".

Horrible. Do not buy from here. Complete Scam.

Very poor packaging, always damaged. Shipped from India. I contacted customer service, but no one responded. I didn't get a refund when I asked for a refund. I would never recommend this. Very, very, very bad service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The canvas was 3/8" short both the vertical and horizontal. Did not fit the 11 x 14 inch frame. The canvas print fell right through the frame! Customer service said tough and referred to a disclaimer on the website that the canvas frame could be as much a 1" short due to being "handmade"! Shouldn't a hand made frame be exactly the dimensions ordered? Rip off!

Scam. Avoid. Falsified chat transcript when enquiring about missing delivery, robot responses, still no product received.

CanvasChamp is a scam company. They did not deliver, claimed it was "lost" and have refused to refund despite repeated attempts. DO NOT ORDER HERE

Absolutely terrible quality product and you can't contact them by phone or by their online chat. I will initiate a chargeback with my bank as they have a reputation of not contacting customers back and terrible service and bad quality products. Their Google reviews on their website are very suspicious as other review sites that have genuine reviews give them very low stars and a lot of disgruntled customers. Avoid this business at all costs.

Order canvas prints and a rug. Was told it would get here in time for Christmas. Arrive one week late. The Rug never turned ups was then told it was out of stock and couldn’t be supplied.

I have ordered from them maybe five times and everything was always high quality, especially the pillows.

However, I had an issue once with half my order missing from the box, but they rectified this after some hassle with multiple questions and even photos. It is as though they do not trust their customers. That was insulting.

With their recent tripling of the prices, there is just no way that I will buy from them again. Pillows must go back to the 2023 prices for me to even consider it.

Been waiting over a month for Christmas canvas prints for family. Emailing back and forth with the company about a refund that they refuse to issue until the product arrives. They assured me that it would come Tuesday this week after over a month and it never arrived. Maybe even 6 weeks. Products ARE not aus despite their fake aus website and phone number. It is coming from India. I have lodged a formal complaint with consumer affairs who are looking into the matter and investigating the company.
Poor service, poor attitude and I want my refund immediately.
Do not by products from them. It is a scam!

Worst canvas printer online, avoid at all costs. low res finish from high quality file submissions, blurry (misaligned printing), discolouration, cheap bowed wooden frames. Customer service (Adam) dosent give two hoots and offers no refund. Prints now in bin.

Update: Still no refund as been issued from the team. the team is virtue signaling in the Trustpilot comments section for the soul purpose of PR. While filling the Trustpilot website with fake positive reviews.

I ordered a photo printed umbrella as a gift. It is totally brilliant and far exceeded my expectations. I am very happy. Postage was delayed (possibly due to difficulties around Covid stuff). I contacted Canvas Champ and they responded in less than 24 hours. The product arrived within a month of ordering which is still pretty good for overseas. Thank you heaps.

Great customer service. The team helped me with an issue with the first print of the 3D lamp.

The team was extremely helpful with getting another reprint done promptly without any issues and it turned out great.

Highly recommended for the great product and customer service.
