Great results. Very pleased!
Uploading the image and then being able to see the result in the chosen format was quick and easy. Ran into a snag at check out, but was assisted by the chat robot to get through it. The product was perfect. Good rich colors and of the right dimensions!

It was easy to order the item. I have used Canvas World before so I know they are good. I selected the picture, ordered the size & thickness & paid the reasonable price. The finished item was delivered in 3 days, exactly as ordered. I'm very satisfied!

Easy to navigate.
Easy to navigate. Good guidance from staff. But beware of 15$ shipping, that makes it not so reasonable.

So pleased with the canvases I ordered…
So pleased with the canvases I ordered of our children. The colors were beautiful. Canvasworld provided top notch quality. They stayed in close communication, letting me know when my order was received, sending a proof, when it was in production, and when it shipped. It arrived ahead of their predicted delivery date well-packaged and protected. I was so happy that I immediately placed additional orders.

I'm giving 2 stars because I had…
I'm giving 2 stars because I had several issues with my order. The first order had the wooden frame broken and the canvas had consequently some wrinkles which I tried to fix myself with no success. For this reason I contacted the customer service which has been great, quick response and immediate replacement. However, when I received the replacement, the picture was clearly modified and different from the first time; its brighter and it looks fake. On top of this, unfortunately it was again full of wrinkles, showing no care at all on the installation of the canvas to the wooden frame. This time I'll just keep it like this because I'm tired of waiting and contacting the customer service, but overall I'm disappointed with the order.

Hello Giuseppe, thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear about your experience. We appreciate you giving our support team a chance to make things right, but it’s disappointing to know that the replacement didn’t meet your expectations either. Your feedback is important, and we’ll be sharing this with our production team to help prevent this from happening again. We also understand how frustrating it must be to go through the process twice, and we respect your decision. If you’re open to it, we’d still be happy to look into this further and see if there’s anything we can do to make this right for you. Please feel free to reach out to us anytime at customercare@canvasworld.com. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
The product had slight shipping damage…
The product had slight shipping damage on the side that I was going to live with even though I ordered the best quality they offer. Then then hanging hardware on the back was not installed properly and that broke. Would not use them again.
