Great customer service.
Incredibly quick shipping. Also, an item was missing and I needed to call customer service. The woman answering the phone took care of everything very quickly and the missing item arrived shortly. This is an excellent company.

Slightly late delivery, but items looked great.
Order arrived a day later than the original ETA, but that was likely the post office’s fault. Other than that, the order went well. The cap, gown, and stole look great.

I ordered the wrong sized gown
I ordered the wrong sized gown. The company rapidly responded to my quandary and allowed an exchange. I am now waiting for the exchange to become complete. I am confident this company will come thru well.

After ordering tassels from another site (that promised they would be delivered before our graduation), I was disappointed & frustrated when they said that the order was delayed. I then ordered from CapandGownDirect and explained my situation and my desperation. Someone immediately called me & reassured me that she was going to make sure we received our order before graduation. Thank you so much for caring and for coming through on your promise!
