I made a purchase that never arrived. I’ve been asking for a refund for weeks, but they aren't responding. Furthermore, the postal tracking shows the order as cancelled. Stay away!

Bought for my hubby who is very happy with his cap

My experience with buying a cap from Capclub is unfortunately 1 out of 5 stars.

I waited over 20 days from placing the order, which is significantly longer than the declared delivery time. For several days I received no response to my emails, and when replies finally came, they were slow and not very helpful. As of today, I still have not received the cap I paid for, nor any clear information about where the shipment currently is or when I can realistically expect it.

At no point was it clearly communicated that the caps are shipped from distant China to Europe, which has a major impact on delivery time and the risk of delays. The lack of transparency, delayed communication and the fact that the product was not delivered mean that, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company or their store.

📦 The box alone sold me. Solid, premium quality packaging that instantly made the mystery unboxing feel exciting. It’s so well made I’ll genuinely use it to store my CapClub collection.

🧢 Inside was a black Local Space cap with white lettering and I absolutely love it. Clean, stylish and seriously good quality.

🖤 CapClub absolutely nailed the experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Cap Club is fantastic for anyone who wants to update their cap collection. Great customer service and always available. Packaging is top notch and the box is worth it on its own!

Joined cap club over a year ago and have not been disappointed, signed up for the quarterly subscription and look forward to my delivery every three months. I can’t fault the caps I receive it’s great, I love the letters that are included with each delivery giving some background t to the cap and the brand, plus I get to try styles I wouldn’t usually buy. I cannot recommend Capclub enough. The entire experience and product is just perfection and also very unique. The presentation is exquisite - the box is so crisp, something you'd want to display your house (which I have absolutely done already) and beautifully packaged.

The caps are cool, quirky, fun and extremely comfortable to wear. I find they add a lil spice to all of my outfits which I LOVE.

Ordering was efficient and delivery was fast - also some really great personal touches to the product.

Overall, I'm over the moon with my purchase and subscription. Looking forward to building my epic cap collection 🙌
