Capital Grave Markers Avis

Excellent customer service very good service

Joseph was amazing to talk to on the phone and make the whole experience easy and comforting. His calls backs at just the right time were key to get everything moving along in the headstone and planning phase. He needs a raise. The customer service was excellent, coming from a 22 year customer service employee of a university.

Great customer service

I had some troubles navigating the wonderful customization aspect that the company offers, and Princes responded to my email within 10 minutes. She directly gave me a call, ensured my mother’s headstone was exactly how i wished for it to be, and made it an all around seamless experience. I highly recommend this company, they keep your requests in consideration, and very communicative. 10/5 if i could rate it like that!

The monument is excellent quality, at a very reasonable price. I so appreciate how helpful everyone was and how hard they worked to duplicate my design. I have nothing but praise for the office staff, the designer's, and the artist / stone masons that created it. I will highly recommend the H Group to anyone I meet along the way that should need your service! You are doing God's work, for many people like me. 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Joseph was very attentive and helpful with our preplanned stone purchase. I would have appreciated a few minutes to go over the designs sent to me with my husband before immediately receiving an invoice. I did feel rushed towards the end for payment. Hopefully the stone will be as nice as pics.

Choosing a headstone for my son was one of the most difficult things I’ve ever had to do, but the kindness, compassion, and professionalism I received made the experience much more bearable. The staff listened carefully to my wishes and helped me create a beautiful, meaningful memorial that truly honors my son’s life and legacy.

They were patient throughout the entire process, paid close attention to every detail, and made sure the finished headstone was exactly what I envisioned. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and I am deeply grateful for the care and respect they showed my family during such a difficult time.

I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a caring team to create a lasting and beautiful tribute to a loved one. Thank you for helping us create a memorial that we will cherish forever.

I worked with Charlotte about a companion marker for my parent's grave. She was so patient, and kind and did a beautiful job on the design. I am really happy with her service! I would recommend her anytime.

The sale representative, Erica B. Was very friendly, but extremely professional.
Thank you very much for an excellent assistance.

I highly recommend The Capital Grave Markers Company.
Losing a loved one is incredibly difficult, but the team here made the process of choosing a headstone so seamless and comforting. I worked with Assel by phone, text and email. She was patient, compassionate, helpful and listened to exactly what we wanted.
She made the process of choosing a headstone so seamless and comforting. The craftsmanship on the granite is beautiful, and the engraving is absolutely flawless. The price was transparent and extremely reasonable for the quality received. She also worked with the cemetery to ensure the headstone complied with cemetery requirements.
Thank you for helping us create such a perfect and lasting tribute.

My experience with the company was great. I have received great assistance from Ken! He was willing to listen to my needs advised accordingly. He is very patient and was always willing to make any adjustment that I request.
It was a pleasure to have him as my sales rep!

Everything surrounding the loss of a family member can be devastating, especially the funeral and planning for a grave marker. But Michelle made everything smooth efficient, and she was extremely considerate and caring. I could not be more pleased with the service she provided, and her personality and attitude was the reason I selected her above all the other companies I considered.

I highly recommend Capital Grave Marker, especially Joseph. He was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and professional throughout the entire process. Joseph took the initiative to contact the cemetery directly to ensure all regulations were met, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. He accommodated every design modification I requested and worked with me until everything was exactly as I envisioned. During such a difficult time, his compassion, attention to detail, and dedication made the experience much easier. I am truly grateful for his support and would highly recommend Joseph and Capital Grave Marker to anyone looking for a memorial company that genuinely cares about the families they serve.

Ken made the experience great, he was very easy to work with.

My family and I would like to thank Capital Grave Markers and Dayana for everything they have done to make the process of the gravestone customization easier. Dayana was very flexible, patient, and accommodating. She also gave great ideas and suggestions as to best format the stone. We are grateful for the services provided and the attentiveness of their staff.
