He said it wouldn’t be worth it to make one mat we were willing to spend a good amount of money but getting a plain mat is not an option. It seems strange to me that a trampoline company limits your options when colors are a big choice for most trampoline companies .

This trampoline has been one of our best buys to date - the children love it and it is obviously a fantastic way to get them outside running off steam. Beautiful design having a sunken trampoline as it doesn’t obstruct the view - everyone is always commenting on how great it is.
The customer service has been top notch and delivery speedy. Would recommend Capital Play to everyone!

I ordered two trampolines and only one was delivered. The boxes were all torn up and the springs were strung all over my driveway. Some were taped back to the box and it was just a mess. When I called to talk to them about it they said they would have someone get back to me. Several days passed and I called again. Still no answers. Then, about a week later the second trampoline showed up in the same condition as the first one. The boxes were ripped open and the springs were everywhere. We were missing springs and it was just a disaster.

I purchased a trampoline for my kid’s Christmas present. We live in the Midwest so we could not dig the hole until early May. We dug the hole and opened all the boxes to find out we only had the frame and winter cover which we purchased as well. Sent an email to the company as instructed with a list of all missing parts and received a response saying it was forwarded to the appropriate area to respond. After 10 days I thought I didn’t receive a response. Turns out that I did receive a response from the shipping company. Because I wasn’t expecting an email from the shipping company (as I was told that my email was forwarded to the relevant department so I was expecting an email from capitalplay) I thought the email was spam/junk which I do not open since I get so many so I deleted it without opening it. I had contacted capitalplay again with my dissatisfaction I was contacted back immediately saying the shipping company had emailed me with a tracking number 4 days after my original contact.
All in all, capitalplay did a great job resolving me getting the missing parts. Just need clearer communication on what to look for when waiting for a response.
Thank you capitalplay for your response in clearing this what and being very helpful. I am now a satisfied customer.

We ordered the largest rectangular in ground trampoline in 2019. My kids dug the pit by hand with a bit of help from Dad. We live in Montana so they get to use it May- Oct/Nov. we get a lot of sun and sometimes hail here and the trampoline has not faded or been damaged. The kids love playing on it and even my 16 yr old will go out there. We chose the inground due to the high winds here. I’m really glad we didn’t get a smaller one because this gives them enough space to tumble around on it. We have made a winter cover with arched wood beams and a tightened down tarp because we didn’t want to take the springs out in the winter and we got very heavy snow this year. We store this under the deck. So I can’t tell you the snow load on it. Anyway, no net needed for us and lots of use. We don’t allow shoes or dogs on it so I think that’s what’s helped keep it in great shape.
The trampoline is great, we get a ton of compliments, and customer service was very helpful when I received a wrong item.
Fast delivery. I by thought the item was on backorder and expected to wait a while. It arrived in just a few days.
My direct communication with Capital Play was excellent and prompt. We had an issue with the shipment taking a week longer than expected, then one of the boxes not arriving. Once this was addressed, the warehouse immediately sent a replacement. Unfortunately, this was also the wrong item. Fortunately, I noticed it before it left the warehouse, so the correct item was sent. Trampoline is excellent.

While I was frustrated by their initial sluggish response to my claim, they honored their warranty and my tramp is back in action. The tramp itself is AWESOME. And I believe Capital Play will continue to investigate why my first set of springs failed so quickly. Let’s hope that is all behind us and we can enjoy years of fun on our new tramp.
