I had a great experience with Capital Remodeling. They installed multiple windows in my home and did an excellent job from start to finish. The team provided great customer service, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the entire process.

What stood out the most was how well they kept me informed throughout the project—there were no surprises, and communication was consistent the whole way through. The installation itself was smooth, professional, and efficient. The windows are great quality.

I recently upgraded all the windows in my townhouse with CAPITAL REMODELING. They delivered the high-quality windows a month ahead of schedule, and the installation was swift and flawless.

We attended a neighbor's Capital Remodeling (CR) kitchen open house and saw their beautiful update on a space similar to our own. CR helped us select cabinets, countertops and other features that improved our kitchen and complemented our home with quality cabinets, a lovely granite countertop and a terrific color scheme. It wasn't long after we selected our cabinets that installation began. The CR crews completed the installation in a short time, at very little inconvenience to us. The project manager had a great eye for finishing touches and ensured that all construction was completed at a high quality. We highly recommend Capitol Remodeling for kitchen renovation and improvements.

The representative who came to sell me the windows was great. The men who came to replace the windows were efficient and great. I have no complaints. I will get the rest of my windows, my siding, and hopefully my kitchen done with them too.

Capital was top notch from start to finish. Sales Representative was patient, thorough and best every competitor price. The windows were ready for install well before the quoted time line and the installation crew was very thorough. You couldn’t even notice the windows were installed as the clean up was pristine. Highly recommend Capital for windows if your looking.

The initial guy that came over was very professional and he gave sound advice on savings and what made sense in our home. The only issue was getting in contact with the scheduler for our area. Outside of that everything was smooth. On the day of the install, we couldn't have had more of a professional crew that came out to do the install. They cleaned up after themselves and explained in detail how the windows worked. Hopefully, the neighbors that we have referred will take our advice and replace some of their windows.

Capital Remodeling gets an A+. They got it right. From start to finish we were impressed. They have made our updated kitchen the topic of discussion when family and friends come over.

There company called and schedule for a sales person to come out on Monday. 6:00pm. I got a call from their office manager asking questing's about what type of service i needed. I mentioned to her my house is 56 years old and needs a lot of remodeling and that's why I wanted them to come out and look at what they could do to help me. She refused to send the sales person out because I couldn't give her a detailed list of projects I needed. I told her most of them like needing 2 bathrooms remodeled, and one large picture window I needed replaced. She still refused to send someone out to look at these. Big mistake. They missed out on a lot of work.

Sales went gteat, as well as installation. Have a minor problem but can't seem to reach anyoneto address the issue.

We completely remodeled our kitchen with Capital. It was a great experience from beginning to end. The sales representative was timely to our scheduled appointment, informative, friendly and professional in helping us plan our new kitchen. We personally met with our salesman and crew supervisor to review the plans and address any needed changes, questions or concerns prior to starting the work. We were assigned a specific contact person, during the actual work period, to address questions or concerns and to follow up as needed. The crew who completed the work were friendly and hard working. They did a great job . Our remodel was completed in the timeframe provided with no delays. We could not be more pleased with the result. Any major remodel can be stressful. Capital Remodeling took that all away.

One thing I appreciate is that the sales person was not pushy at all. This was the 2nd out of 3 companies that I had come out for quotes for windows. I chose this company not due to pricing but due to the quality of the windows. A couple of months later and I am still in love with my windows. My plants are able to sit in front of the window and not have too much exposure to the suns rays due to the quality of their windows. 10/10 recommend.
