Excellent customer service....
Excellent customer service..... Purchased our plug fitting from Caple 3 years ago and the antique brass has tarnished badly, so I contacted customer service in view of replacing just the antique brass section without the full set of parts to go underneath the sink as I didn't need that. Chan was very helpful and asked me to send images of the tarnished plug, and having received them said they would replace the item for me! When I only received one and wanted to replace 2 as I have 2 sinks next to each other I emailed him and he sent another out straight away. Very happy

Highly responsive support from Caple Customer Services.
Caple Customer Services in the form of Emily Walsh were highly responsive in dealing with an issue with one of their taps. The problem was immediately diagnosed, repair kit sent within two days and helpful in dealing with my costs of fitting the replacement cartridge.

Purchased a sink and tap last year
Purchased a sink and tap last year - recently, there was a problem with one of the tap handles having become loose. I had a couple of phone conversations with Caple's Customer Care people, plus a few emails. They then sent me (at no charge) a kit to fix the problem. It was sent by courier and arrived next day. The problem is now rectified. First-rate customer service - very professional and no quibbles. They stand by their 5-year guarantee on these particular items.

Visited the Leeds Studio
Visited the Leeds Studio today with Saqib and it was the most amazing experience. Courtney and Lauren were friendly, super helpful and really knowledgeable. I’ve came away with so much information and super excited about the products. Thank you guys x

Disappointed
I'm very disappointed that in only a matter of days the sink was showing scuffs and scratches. I'd not done anything to scratch it and marks appeared on the draining board, that was almost immediately covered up by a dish drainer rack. So unless the plumber scratched it on installation there's no explanation for it. Basically, it shouldn't get damaged so easily if it's good quality, so clearly it's not.

Ordered a new water filter as I had used the old one for six months. Filled in the online order form. Came two working days later.

Great customer care
I brought a kitchen tap that I loved , unfortunately after 4 years it developed a leak from within inside the tap. Unfortunately, the leak caused damage, stress and Plummer bills .
But I must say Caple as a company was great in sorting me out replacement. Only reason why I didn’t give five stars is due to it leaking in the first place but things happen! Great customer care though and my kitchen is looking great again.

Initially contacted Caple for price and availability of spare part (cartridge). Was informed that as my tap was 4 5 years old it was still under warranty and one was sent out FoC super quick!

Kaboodle arrived
Kaboodle arrived, but when they unpacked the new appliance, it was damaged and has to be returned. Very disappointing and we will now be without a washing machine, until a replacement is delivered.

Brilliant Customer Service
Brilliant Customer Service. Had a couple of extractor hood lenses in a very old unit. The little clips that held them in place had failed -- poor plastic; but they were very old. Found the discontinued parts on line but were extortionate for just these little pieces of plastic. I emailed Caple Customer Service and depite the fact that they were from a very old model they are sending me the parts Free of Charge! Abso brilliant. Gives one faith in humanity. One company that knows right from wrong. To be recommended.
