So far so good. Easy to submit information

Unit ordered April 7th. I was told two day delivery. Multiple calls for update. Unit didn’t pass testing, Waiting for another unit, a different excuse each call. Now April 20th I’m told 10 days before my money will be refunded. I don’t recommend this business.

Well , we had mistakenly ordered two of the same part. I called and they saw the issue and took care of the billing issue. They were very plesant,great customer service.

Car computer exchange has competitive part and shipping prices. They use your VIN and part ID to verify that you're getting the right PCM / ECM for your vehicle, then program and test overnight before shipping your part. It turned out that I didn't have a failed PCM after all and I was able to obtain a full refund since my PCM hadn't been shipped out yet. Francisco was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with! Kudos all around! Should the need arise in the future I have definitely found my "go to" for vehicle powertrain controllers.

So I didnt understand quit how the site worked. Thought I had messed up my 1st order, so I made a second order. Realized how the site worked. Went to the contact us link. Told them that I made a mistake, left the order number that I needed canceled. This happened on saterday..sunday.. monday comes around I call them on my 30minute lunch break expecting to spend close to the whole 30minutes on the phone with them canceling the order an filling in any blanks in the information I sent them for programming. Within 6minutes everything was good. Someone had looked at the email I had sent them canceled the bad order during the morning. And I had given them enough information to properly program everything. Super happy with the service so far. Can't wait to see how the product performs when I receive it. Thank you!
