Delivery was delayed - But excellent customer service
Delivery was delayed. But Card Gallery themselves were extremely forthcoming and apologetic, and their commitment to customer service means it's 5/5 from me. They should not be penalised for circumstances beyond their control.

Excellent company. Great customer service
There was a mix up with my order as I received cards I hadn’t ordered. I contacted the company, The same day I received a reply back from Ciaran apologising for the mix up, advising they would send my card out express post, and that I could keep the cards sent in error.
The next day the card arrived promptly with an apology and also 2 complimentary bars of chocolate.
They went above and beyond to put the error right. Due to their great customer service, I wouldn’t hesitate in ordering from them again and I will recommend them to my friends. Great company.

When I did not receive the card in 3 days. I contacted The Card Gallery and they sent me the card by courier the next day. A very good company to deal with.

I'm REALLY sorry that you haven't received your order. That should have been with you on Monday. We are sending you a duplicate order by DPD which you will receive tomorrow.
We have raised the issue with An Post as there seems to be several orders that got delayed which is very unusual. Normally An Post are very reliable.

Very disappointing but very sincere and prompt apology
Very disappointing
Ordered on 2 April .
Still haven’t got it (14th)
It’s no good to me now as the occasion I wanted it for has now passed , so it’s a waste of money.
Having emailed card gallery I received a very prompt reply( within 2 hours ) and a very sincere apology for my missing card .
They also issued me a full refund and also a token of good will to spend with them in the future.
I am more than impressed with how they handled my issue and other companies should take note !!
It will make me shop with them again and also recommend them to others ,

I'm REALLY sorry that you didn't received your order within the normal 1-3 day timeframe. There seems to be an issue with An Post in the last few days.
We have raised the issue with An Post pm we can find out what's going on.. Normally An Post are very reliable but have clearly let us down on this occasion.
In the meantime a full refund has been applied and a member of the team will be in touch with you with a small token of goodwill.
