Cardi Health promised a refund and didn't fulfill the promise. They issue a canned response asking for info which I have provided multiple times. It is difficult to cancel but at least they should keep their word on the refund. I predict another canned response and zero followthrough.
Same old Cardi Health. I provided my info multiple times and no refund.
