We have found Cardigan Bay Properties and Helen Worrall very helpful in our search for a property in our chosen area. They informed us of any suitable properties which came on the market and when we finally purchased one, they kept us up to date with developments throughout the process. They handled all the prospective buyer's questions promptly, keeping us informed at all times.
They chased up both solicitors to ensure a smooth and timely exchange of contracts.
