Poor quality mirror. They claim the mirror is made in Germany but I have my doubts. Company doesnt accept any liability for poor quality supplied. 2 mirrors broke whilst assembling when contacted they suggested we never had any complaints and we sell 300+ mirrors a day a very generic statement and suggested I should use a garage for assembly. Not pleased with the response. Lessons learnt 'you get what you pay for'

Accidentally ordered 2 left hand mirrors (as you do), they phoned me before dispatch to see if I really wanted two left hand mirrors. Refund organised immediately and one mirror dispatched as required! Excellent customer service!

Ordered a passenger side mirror for my Mazda and received it by return of post. Unfortunately the mirror I received was for the driver side even though the box was labelled as passenger side. I emailed to ask for a replacement and the correct mirror was posted out to me immediately together with a prepaid label for returning the original incorrect mirror.
Price was very competitive and customer service top notch.

Ordered a side mirror which never arrived. Didn't respond to emails had to retrieve my money through PayPal. DO NOT BUY.

I purchased the wing mirror glass from this company in June 2020. It unfortunately did not fit my car. I then tried contacting the company to ask for help. I tried their advertised telephone number many times - nobody ever answers. They do not reply to emails. I would avoid this company is you value service and after sales help.

Replacement mirror (glass only) for Mini One arrived very promptly even with all the issues Royal Mail are having navigating COVID. Clear instructions, easy to attach and has stayed firmly fixed for several weeks already. Would purchase again if necessary.

My '06 VW Jetta heated RH door mirror glass fell off from the backing and smashed on the road. Driving without a door mirror is uncomfortable at best and dangerous at worst, especially on motorways.
On arriving home I found this company on my PC search with the option to buy just the mirror glass (as the backing remained in place) or a mirror with the backing and heating wire contacts. I decided on the latter and could not believe the fantastic price.
The mirror arrived next day - WOW !
After studying a tutorial on YouTube I installed the replacement with ease and success and could not be happier with the service or the item I recieved especially when compared to a charge of £45 at a garage.
