3 Weeks of Lies, Ghosting, and Withheld Funds
I am writing this review to express my absolute outrage regarding the deceptive practices and unprofessional conduct I have experienced with CardCrazy and their representative, Lenzy, over the past three weeks. After being owed a significant outstanding balance for cards I uploaded and processed weeks ago, I have been met with nothing but calculated lies and constant stalls. Last Friday, Lenzy explicitly confirmed that my funds were sent to my new account, yet when nothing arrived and I followed up, the story immediately shifted to a fabricated claim that my bank rejected the transfer. This is a complete lie, as my bank has confirmed that no transfer was ever attempted, and my daily deposit limit is well over $10,000, rendering their excuse about "deposit limits" entirely fraudulent.
To make matters even more insulting, Lenzy has now resorted to ghosting me by ignoring my emails while I have urgent bills to pay, and the final communication I received suggested they would only be paying out $100 instead of my full balance. It is clear that this company is intentionally withholding my money and playing games with my livelihood. I have provided every piece of information requested, including uploading new sets of cards in good faith, yet I continue to be trolled with misinformation while my funds remain missing. I demand the immediate release of my full payment and warn anyone considering this platform to stay far away, as they will take your cards and then manufacture endless excuses to avoid paying you what you are owed.
