Love CardDirect’s “Design Your Own”
I have designed our family holiday cards (we send out over 400 every year) for more than 15 years and after using Staples, FedEx Kinko’s, and other online sites such as Purple Trail (which has gone out of business), I was delighted to find CardsDirect which I have used for several years. Our personalized holiday cards come out great every time. CardsDirect will let you know if anything doesn’t look right before sending them. Bonus self-sealing envelopes! Highly recommend!!!

Super easy and fast!
With your template, I was able to personalize my own cards. It was quick and easy. Turn around was super quick and in plenty of time to sign, address, stamp and send out!

The products are of good quality and…
The products are of good quality and are reasonably priced. However, the shipping was a nightmare. The tracking was completely inaccurate, and it took about two weeks longer to receive than was initially indicated.

Printing of text incomplete and or splotchy
The cards have already been sent out. They cannot be reprinted.
After half the cards had been prepared for mailing, it was discovered that many of the remaining had imperfections in the green metallic "Christmas" printing. "Merry" was fine.
The problem was noticed with the first half of the cards but not dealt with. We removed 16 of the remaining cards that we did not want to send out; however, we needed most of those to finish our mailing.
I have 5 pictures with red markings around the problems that I want you to observe carefully. Please provide a way that I can send these to you. Most of the missing green metallic occurred on the "h"s and some on the "r"s. This is unacceptable. Most of the splotches occurred on the "rist"s.
We would like redress in the form of a partial refund, please. We can't recommend CardsDirect to anyone else or trust your product to order again.

A kind hearted lady called Faz in the Colchester Store
I went into the Colchester store last week and spoke to this lovely lady called Faz. I asked her if she could point to the Miss You cards and she came off from behind the till to help me. I explained that I'd lost my mum a week ago and she took the time to chat with me, even though the shop had customers in.
I explained what sort of card I was looking for and she showed me some options. While talking to her, I ended up crying as there are not many kind hearted people out in this world who would take time to listen to you. She gave me a hug and said, anytime i needed a chat, and she was working, she would take the time to talk to me. Such a lovely lady.
Please can you make sure she sees this.

Very nice card and very reasonably priced
Very happy, just needs a little improvement on website
Great experience. I just minus one star because just like last year the website is a little glitchy. You have to be very carful or you will lose your work with a glitch. I had to start over from scratch this year at least once and I remember being frustrated with loosing work last year and having to start over. Other than that, the quality was good, the price was affordable and everything was on time. Just would like to see some minor improvements on the functionality of the website.

Cards Direct usually does a good job, but not this time.
Cards Direct usually does a good job, but they missed the mark entirely this time. I received the cards pretty quickly only to realize every single card had a big black smudge on the inside of every one of them. I contacted them and although they said someone would contact me, they did not, but they did process a replacement order to replace the cards, so that was good. But then I received the new cards which were fine, but when I went to put them all in the envelopes, I realized that they shorted me 15 envelopes, so now I have to contact them again to get some more envelopes. Hopefully they will be fast about getting the missing envelopes to me, but it has been a frustrating experience from start to finish.

Great Experience!
We included our signatures in our card and the proof looked great, however there was one name that didn't quite print correctly when I received my order. I let Cards Direct know and it was corrected right away and my order reprinted. I appreciated the quick response and resolution!
