We are a not-for-profit retailer dedicated to supporting charities and good causes across the UK. Our website operates year round offering a huge range of cards, gifts, homeware, gift wrap and more. During the Christmas season we open a network of pop up shops across the country selling our popular charity Christmas card packs and a range of gift wrap, advents, decorations and gifts. We always aim to source a range of quality, environmentally-friendly and ethically-sourced products. We also ensure that any of our providers have sustainable credentials too.

Rediscovered
We used to visit places where CFGC were physically present and always found an excellent selection of Christmas cards supporting worthy charities. Only discovered them online this year and was pleased to find the same good selection. Delivery was very swift.

Good selection of cards which arrived quickly
Good selection of cards which arrived promptly. Just slightly puzzled about why all the cards identical in size and shape. Would have liked to be able to buy a pack of larger, more elaborate/expensive cards.

Super choice of Xmas cards
MS Trust no longer offer a great selection of Christmas cards, so have just purchased my 2025 cards from Cards for Good Causes. Fantastic selection available, thank you.

I under-ordered some bud vases for a…
I under-ordered some bud vases for a ‘hen do’ and had to try and get a few more at very short notice. ‘Cards for Good Causes’ were great and very responsive to helping me.
Thank you so much Caroline for your assistance and keeping in touch with me on this. The vases arrived in time and everyone loved them.
I just want to say a big thankyou for being so responsive in ensuring we got them in time for the hen do.

Maximising the benefit of charity cards and gifts
I think the great thing about Cards For Good Causes is that as a not-for-profit, every purchase benefits the supported charities. The quality of cards and gifts is high and delivery is efficient. I understand that they are expanding their offering and I wish them success.

Really lovely tasteful cards
Really lovely tasteful cards, not too religious but IMHO just right about the Christmas message and story. I bought the Three Wise Men card design, very subtle and muted colours on a white background. Good quality cards too.

Only part order fulfilled and despite agreeing to refund after I had to ask for one , I have still not received it. The cards that did arrived came on time but the customer services is appalling and I would pick another supplier.

As a small not-for-profit retailer, we are so grateful to every single customer who shops either on our website or in our pop-up shops as it really does make such a difference to our charities.
Much more expensive this year
I bought Christmas cards from a local library and saw each pack was £4.99 whereas in charity shops many of the cards were £2.99 a pack. I have never noticed such a big mark up in previous years. Won’t use again. I bet not much goes towards the charities concerned

We are a small not for profit that works tirelessly to keep our costs down so that we can support national and local charities, local communities and provide jobs and volunteering opportunities for the short Christmas season.
A number of the charities we support are unable to meet the significant, and rising, costs of operating in retail. Through our pop-up shops and online shop we are able to generate income and awareness for those who do not have high street shops, as well as those that do.
There is no big mark up on our cards, which have been priced at £4.99 for the past few years. We manage every penny and are proudly able to give 10% of each card to the chosen charity with no cost to themselves - pure income to their amazing cause. If external costs stabilise we plan to grow this without increasing the cost of the cards.
As you bought in your local library, they will also receive 10% of your purchase, supporting this vital space.
In the past 10 years we have given £22.5 million to charities. In addition to this we have also given £2.7 million to community spaces - funding for places like libraries, churches, community centres, etc.

Lovely quality wrapping paper and some stocking fillers I couldn't resist. The service was excellent too. Knowing profits are going to charities is especially nice at Christmas. Definitely recommend.

poor delivery
The delivery company Evri threw the package into the garden near the gate. Luckily a neighbour found it before it rained so we were able to rescue the package. The cards are lovely but the delivery experience was unacceptable. I tried to give them feedback but each response suggested it was computer generated and not a human being trying to resolve the issue.

Good variety, good price, good service.
I have used this website for two or three years now. A great selection from a wide variety of charities, reasonably priced and delivered very promptly in good condition. I wish a larger percentage went to the charities but a little is better than nothing.
