Very easy to order and delivery was prompt. Also very good value for money

Beware. I ordered 2 pairs of trousers last October 2024 but they were not at all what I had expected from the website details so I immediately returned them asking for a refund. I obtained proof of posting from Royal Mail & confirmation of delivery back to Care Clothing. I then forgot about it expecting a refund to be credited back to my credit card. I realised weeks later that had not happened so I emailed them the full details but had no response. I then rang them & spoke to allegedly the owner, politely explaining the situation. I followed up with 2 more emails but got no response at all. I tried a credit card reclaim but had left it too late so I'm over £60 out of pocket. Beware this company.

Easy to order, and fits my dad

Other than initial order email two weeks ago, there has been no communication. 2 emails and a messenger message have gone unanswered. Money has been taken out of my account but nothing from this company. I will be requesting a refund through my financial institution

The request for a review arrived before the trousers! I paid extra for 24 hour postage. Ordered on 6th June, marked as dispatched on 10th. Arrived on 13th. Trousers seem ok and true to waist measurement but length is not accurate - ordered very short 27” and they are measuring 29” and need shortening at additional cost. Time will tell if they are worth the £52+ they will have cost.

The trousers came quickly and look good. Maybe slightly looser than I expected but in my eighties, my weight alters now and then.

Really great trousers. Een nurses in the hospital, where my husband have commented on thei quality.

Well made trousers and the Velcro fastening makes life easier for my husband who has Parkinson’s.
