In the past I have relied on PVC incontinence products and whilst they have been very effective, they are, in most cases noisy and sweaty and can also cause soreness at both waist and thigh. Then I found Carer products, made basically from coated nylon. I have found them to be exceptional in every way. they are extremely comfortable, cause no soreness, and being made to be waterproof, are unsurprisingly not completely silent, but more that acceptable, so all in all and much superior product to PVC. Also in my case I have found Carer themselves to be quite frankly the most helpful Company who have gone out if their way to make sure I am a satisfied customer. OK they are not the cheapest out there, but if you want a quality product from a quality Manufacturer, don't hesitate to give them a try - they will even give you a trial item to see if they are for you.
I would add that best to go up a size from your usual. This makes room for any pad etc, but in my experience also help the pants breathability. If they fit too snug they can get a bit sweaty

I did not pay attention to the delivery time. I ordered this product on March 5, 2026. Today, March 30th, I was concerned about not having receded the product. I checked the tracking button and found out that it will arrive on July 10, 2026. Upon finding out about the arrive time I canceled my order.

My advice is, before ordering, check the delivery time.

Customer service was outstanding. Followed up when delivery was delayed and they fixed the problem immediately.

the products are as stated. I was treated very well over a misunderstanding of an order sent recently. Could not have been nicer.

I miss measured one article of clothing, customer service made every effort to assist me for proper sizing and replacement apparel.
I feel confident under my clothes.

It took a couple of attempts before I found the underwear that fit me best. What was extremely helpful was the suggestion I try a 2XL size because of my waist mearurement. They even sent me one pair in 2XL for me to try. That was a great help to me because it is hard to know when you buy any clothing on line if it is the right size. Hats off to Customer Service!

I wish they had stores here in my country so that i didn' t have to wait even a single day for my product to arrive .
