Step One Services Ltd have been working with careVitals now for two years, that's wrong it's more like a partnership, and what I like is someone is always there to help and talk through any issues you may have.
As a small provider careVitals was the perfect choice because we have different services not just domiciliary care, we have grown a great partnership together and being able making changes to the app and the PC based system has worked well to suit our work with the people we support.

Very user friendly Care App. I am also able to upload all HR staff documents and Company Policies as well as Good governance documents. There is a good library of documents to use and the option to create your own documents. Customer service is just a phone call away and very helpful in showing how best to navigate the system and or resolve any mistakes.

We have used careVITALS for over 12 months and have seen the platform come a long way. The application is intuitive and user-friendly, with a wide range of features.
