Excellent service … a great experience with this business

Amazing service. I had a new top quality mohair roof fitted to my BMW E46, and it looks absolutely fantastic. I would like to thank Tina and the team for their expertise, professionalism, and high standard of work. I cannot recommend them enough.

Recently had my Boxster hood replaced by Carhood Warehouse and can say their service was excellent. Met on arrival, the process was explained and I was told it would take around 4 hours. Was called later to say the car was ready, and was amazed how good it looked at collection.
Point to note : it turned out that this was the same company I'd used over 20 years ago to replace the top after it was vandalised the week I bought the car, saying a lot about the quality of the hood (and the company !) You will not be disappointed with their work, and I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a new hood !

Had a new hood fitted 13 years ago, great job. Just had my hood replaced again by the same guy, my Honda S2000 looks great.workmanship and product are great. Would not go anywhere else.👏

I have owned a treasured Audi TT Roadster from new for 24 years and the rear windscreen shattered. Every recommendation I read led me to Car Hood Warehouse. Nick there quoted me a fair price for a new roof but went one better and offered the alternative of a second hand roof that he had in storage. In short, he went out of his way to do himself out of a bigger deal! The second hand roof looks showroom new and the service throughout was first class. They were strongly recommended to me and I would similarly urge others to go there.

They fitted my hood all seemed well and was initially happy with my 10 year old TT. Then after about a year the inner lining started working loose covering half the rear screen so took it back they had it for 2 days and fully tested it and told me it just needed putting back on the velcro they also used some adhesive. Two days later same problem and matwrial had started fraying on the inner lining were it had come loose and caught at least the adhesive stopped the linning covering the rear window,they expected me to drive it back again from stansted, I've sold the vehicle now and also the rear demister had stopped working. Not impressed with after service after £2,200 costs. Audi don't use velcro on their roofs for a very good reason

The team at Car Hood Warehouse replaced the roof on my MR2 a couple of weeks ago. They did an absolutely fabulous job fitting the Mohair roof and it looks stunning. They also did a repair to one of the internal water ‘bags’ and cleaned the drains on both sides and they didn’t charge anything extra! It is so refreshing to find a highly skilled, friendly and honest company. If you need a new soft top then this is the place to go!

I had my torn, vinyl hood on my 2001 Toyota MR2 replaced with a mohair one. Leakproof once again.
The car was in at 9 o’clock and finished by 12.30. what service! Nick and the staff were welcoming and kept me informed.
I would definitely recommend this company without a shadow of doubt for their helpfulness, product, attention to detail and the price.

I cannot praise the guys high enough. Special thanks to Tyrone who was superb, from my first call to having the hood fitted his knowledge and experience really shine through.
I took my hood to see what was needed and Tyrone carried out a temporary repair and even under took some maintenance jobs, taking to time to explain to me how I do this work.
I booked in and had the roof done, upon arriving Nick offered to drive me to Town while the roof was replaced and they remembered me by my first name. The job they have done is excellent, I’m so pleased, they clearly take pride in what they do and are really customer focused.
I particularly liked how personal they were, I’d use again at the drop of a hat and wouldn’t even bother getting prices elsewhere as they are to draw.

Had a new red hood put on my s2000 this weekend. Really helpful team fixed a few ancillary bits and the new hood makes my old car look great. Very pleased.

Its rare to find a business with such skills, who are easy and upfront to deal with and do an exceptional job! The craftsman ship is just superb and My car a W124 Sportline cabrio would be no easy job as its big! Even the brocade headlining fits like a glove. Simply put...... don't go anywhere else.

My son popped in recently to get a fault with his MX5 roof looked at. The roof was fitted by Car Hood Warehouse just over a year ago. I have to confess I thought was that this would be a sad tale of grief and stress to try and get it resolved. But the guys were brilliant, asked us to take the car in - they took a quick look at the roof and said that they would replace it with a new one. 2 hours later a new roof was fitted all under guarantee. Its when something goes wrong you discover If the company is trustworthy, and they have passed with flying colours!! I highly recommend them.

I've recently replaced my BMW E30's soft top at this place. I've shopped around and found this place to be the cheapest around South East area. Also they turned to be pretty effective. Booked it in advance (no prepayment), showed up in the morning, handed them the car and they started working on it.

They have a waiting room on site, nothing special but it has WiFi and chairs, so I ended up sitting there all day, working on my laptop.

They did the job by the end of day as promised, and guys working in there were really friendly and helpful, gave me lots of tips on how to take care of my new soft top to make it last long and look good. Would definitely recommend the place.
