È più di un anno che cerco di fare un aggiornamento al mio carlinkit t-box mini, essendo incompetente in materia mi sono rivolto a loro. Sono stato seguito passo dopo passo con tanta gentilezza e sopportazione da parte dei dipendenti e degli ingegneri, insomma ci sono riuscito. Sono contentissimo del trattamento a me riservato. Insomma chiunque possessore di questo magnifico prodotto dovesse avere bisogno, rivolgetevi a loro perché sono persone magnifiche.

This might be one of the worst customer services experiences I have had. My Carlinkit kept bugging out, so I wrote customer service multiple times and they just sent me the directions to connect it. I told them I did this already and they again sent the directions to set it up again. I told them I could read, and it appears this product is not for me and I asked to return it. They sent me the directions to return it and I followed them... twice and I have not heard from them since.

Great communication with a company representative. Helped me find the right product that I needed for my vehicle. Decently priced. Item took a little over a week to arrive. Works seamlessly with my vehicle.

Technically at the level of Ai box that costs almost 200 Euros and has no software support, and alas for the eyes, then there are bugs inside that are ridiculous for this time... From hotspot, Bluetooth,... problems, mismatched software and hardware compatibility... Etc.... People's desire to make money... The idea is good, but the feasibility is a total failure..

I was having trouble finding a compatible CarPlay adapter that was Firestick compatible. An associate at carlink did their research and made sure I was ordering the correct device.

Received, device is working great.

Helpful staff confirmed which adapter I needed to send Android Auto to my car over Apple Carplay. Their Carlinkit 4.0 has this feature. My 2020 Fiat 124 Spider Abarth disables touchscreen if you send Android Auto over Android Auto but it allows for touchscreen in Apple CarPlay so you beam one through the other and boom, touchscreen Android Auto.

I bought an Autokit T2C for my Telsa 3 two years ago. It worked well until Telsa updated its software and I haven't used it since. I reached out to customer support days ago and they sent me the instructions to reset to factory setting and download updates. The Autokit came back to life!

I loved the customer support and ease of using the Carlinkit. It works flawlessly with my 2025 F-150 Lightning XLT.

I bought a carlink 5.0 device and broke after a couple of months. I tried contacting the support at supportatcarlinkit.com but no one bother to respond.
Poor quality and poor reliability

I bought a carlinkit mini directly from the carlinkit.store. It broke down after 2 months (no connections on WiFi or BT or with the car). But their support keeps telling me that a should contact their support. Not very helpfull.

Fast problem solving.
