I went to visit my housebound elderly parents around 4pm to be told there was work going on next door, they were ok about the noise of work being done but were not happy about the noise level of music being played all day. It was a hot day so there was doors and windows open. I then knocked on next door to ask them them to please keep the music down only to be told by someone that i was being rude. When I rang the number on the side of the van to make a complaint I was then told that there was no rules of how loud they can play music during the day and they were entitled to play music as loud as they like all day every day.

Carpet City have provided us with 2 carpets on separate occassions- stairs/landing and a bedroom. Both times we have been very happy with the range and quality of carpets in the showroom, the ease of ordering and the professionalism of the fitters

I have used Carpet City before about 4 year ago at my old address and was very pleased with the cost and the service after comparing with Tepi and SCS and Specially with Christian. I moved house in 2020 and we needed the carpet throughout the whole house and decided to get 2/3 quotes. The same this time round best price, service and quality for the price decided to use Carpet City again and requested that Christian would be the best to contact and go and see.

Carpet City recently supplied us with wood flooring for a large extension. The service from start to finish was great. Fast and clear quotes, speedy ordering and delivery as promised. When we needed to order extra flooring, this was also turned around quickly. Speedy and highly efficient!

A large flat I own had a burst radiator whilst the tenants were away over Christmas. All the flooring in the flat was destroyed from the resultant flood.
The agents introduced me to Carpet City (and others). CC agreed to move furniture around whilst replacing the flooring, unlike others.
They worked to tight deadlines without sacrificing quality. I cannot fault their service nor quality of the work with an Amtico floor. Thank you Levi and your team.

Our experience with Carpet City has been exceptional. Levi and his team provided a 5* service, they were knowledgeable about the high quality products, patient as we chose and revised choices. Visited our home twice to survey for fitting LVT and carpet throughout-our house presented tricky spaces . As it was a high cost flooring installation we felt reassured by the excellent advice and overall service. Fitters were with us for just over 2 weeks and were also extremely helpful when issues arose, finding solutions and leaving us with a flooring that will last for many years.

Great service. Fitters were friendly and efficient. Minor manufacturing issue with some of the carpet, which they highlighted to us and they came back another day to finish off. V happy with the carpets.

I required carpets with less than two weeks notice and without being able to visit in advance. I received assurance from Levi that this could be done and he helped advise on the carpets over e-mail. Everything was delivered as promised and I am delighted with the carpet and the quality of the fit! It felt great to have put my faith in someone who delivered in every respect. Highly recommended.
