They are so genuine and helpful.
Iv had both carpet and vinyl off these guys and the carpet is still lovely after a good few years, we also just had vinyl put down and it looks amazing.

Easy process from start to finish, Justin the sales guy came and measured up and priced up, we accepted and floor was down 10 days later. It wasn't a easy room to do because of being a old property and very un square room but the fitter did a great job. Would recommend carpet deals to anyone.

Justin came over measured up for where I needed carpet (stairs landing and main bedroom) showed a selection of samples to choose from which was brilliant as didn't really know what I wanted. After choosing a carpet and getting a price I was really happy that I was given a fitting date for a week later. The blokes turnt up on Tuesday morning done an amazing job and left every area clean after really happy and will definitely be rebooking when I need another room done.

Good service from Justin took time to make a match of other carpet and managed to get it all fitted in a week the fitter was also very good no mess let at all

Very happy with Carpet Deals. From Justin visiting our house to measure up and go through choices to carpets being fitted. Have had stairs, landing and small bedroom fitted with carpet. Troy was great who came to fit them and to a high standard. Can highly recommend.

Had bedroom carpet fitted yesterday, 2 lovely guys who came out ,explained that I now need my 2 doors trimming abit at bottom as tight now on carpet ,always use these for all my flooring needs ,justin is a great guy who does the quotes and samples, would definitely recommend them

Had a flooring done and noticed creaking in places. Contacted Swindon Carpet Deals (who fitted the floor) couple of times, and lies every time saying will send someone. Gave up finally.

Brilliant company, booked me in for a day they was supposed to be off for Xmas but knew I needed carpets after a house move, Troy was super polite and also left me some off cuts to use as temporary matts for the back door for the dog, I'll be using them again in January, thank you all.

Fantastic service, great prices

Good prices, excellent fitters and was very happy I would be getting new carpets.
On the day of fitting it was discovered the measurements for the living room and landing were incorrect. I was given the option of fitters returning 5 days later to fit a joint to the living room and complete the landing or wait a further 10 days to have the full carpet in the living room. I took an extra day off work so a joint could be fitted. Unfortunately I have had no response to a couple of emails, asking if I could be compensated for my inconvenience. Very disappointing.

Great experience, would definitely use again for future rooms. Hassle free and smooth journey from home visit where they measured and brought samples to ordering and arranging fitting. Fitting was completed quickly and final finish is better than I expected
