He's always available and follows-up with us to make sure that we're satisfied with samples and future purchases. Ordering online is seamless and I appreciate the shipping speed.

I’ve ordered almost $10K of carpet and will continue to order more but I was disappointed that I didn’t get the usual discount when I ordered online instead of calling in my order. But whenever I ordered my next order the salesman that I was working with was able to track down my previous order and gave me credit for my previous missed discount. They did me right!!!

I was skeptical with some reviews especially when Jeremy was my salesman and specifically named in a 1star. Jeremy was amazing with follow up. Straight forward told me fast shipping isn’t always reliable.
Got lucky Everything did show up Wednesday afternoon. The team was amazing to work with. We completed our job on time!!!! I followed up bugged the heck out of them in a paranoid fashion, they were respectful and polite. (In their position I would’ve told me to F off)

What a great product! Used 800 sq/ft of the Pentz smart squares easy street in my basement and what a great product. Approx 1/3 the cost of rolled carpet. I have two young children and this product is soft enough for them to roll around and play on. Durable and easy to apply once I got the hang of it, but it did take some practice. With the longer pile, it really helps hide the seams of the tiles well. Perfect solution if you want carpet in an area but don’t want to spend a fortune for kids to possibly destroy it. Just peel up and apply a new square if it gets ruined! It even layed well over uneven concrete in one area.

I placed my order online. I was on a tight deadline, so I was very nervous about trusting the shipping dates. Not only was my order received exactly when expected, I was really pleased with the quality of the carpet. It looks great!!

Although the customer support people were pleasant, I received the wrong color (after entering the correct information) for a very small order to finish a non-profit orgs project. It was a loss I personally absorbed.
Yes the confirmation email listed “zone” but I thought that was the pattern and didn’t catch it. Carpet Depot said there was nothing they could do. I understand but still disappointing. Advice - call a rep and make sure you are getting the right product.

I was trying to match carpet tiles that are over 7 years old without knowing the style or pattern identifiers. Sam was super responsive and helped me find the exact match! Samples arrived promptly and the whole process was easier than I thought it would be.

The buying process was great. Price was unbeatable. Only issue would be our contact info was not given to the freight company so our shipment was delayed. We had to manual hunt it down and make connection with delivery company.

There was good communication throughout my order of a sample carpet tile. However, the company did not carry what we needed for our project.
