Take the money & tell you lies
If it were an option to give 0 stars that would be my choice. First they tell you carpet tiles in stock, then takes less than 10 seconds to charge your credit card. Then on day item was to ship, they tell me it's on back order for abut a month. The I say send samples available in stock for same price. So they send samples that cost more and tell me they will sell it to me for only 10 cents more per sq ft for my inconvenience. Thats quite alot considering we ordered 5200 sq ft. And of course shipping would take 5-7 business days. They lie again. All they do is lie to you to take your money and eventually you get the product if you keep after them. I ended up calling the shipping company & was told I had to schedule delivery. Not what the salesman said. He said they would call & let me know when they were coming. This company lies and lies just to get your money. Will not be ordreing from this company again.

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your experience. When your original order was placed, the stock was available at Shaw. However, once we placed the order with Shaw they informed us that due to shortage of material there was a backorder on the product. We informed you of the backorder date, and sent you out overnight complimentary samples to help find a satisfactory replacement solution.
We sent you a variety of replacement options to choose from that were in stock. Some being lower in price, the same price, and higher in price than your original order. Our goal was to give you a suitable color and style that would work for your client. You landed on a tile that was $0.28/sq.ft higher in price, but we heavily discounted the item to just $0.10/sq.ft higher to help remedy the situation.
General lead times are 5 - 7 business days, and the trucking company does contact you to schedule delivery appointments on all orders. The order was placed on December 22nd, and it is important to be aware that holiday closures are not considered a business day. The order was delivered on January 4th which puts this at 7 business days. We book all of our shipments with a "Notify Prior" in which we pay for the delivery company to contact the customer to schedule a delivery appointment. Unfortunately this delivery company did not do what they where paid to do.
We were extremely transparent with you throughout the whole process, and are sorry to hear that you do not believe we have provided you with exceptional service.

Shipping Credit due.
We were charged for a lift gate on the shipping portion of the bill. We called Carpet Tile Depot on 12/10 and spoke with Jeremy to request a credit since we had to take the boxes of tiles off the truck by hand. He stated he would bring it to the attention of the shipping manager and get back to us with a credit. As of 12/21 we have not heard back. We paid $390.31 for the shipping, which included the cost of a truck with a lift gate, therefore we would like a refund on the shipping cost.
The carpet tiles are nice and just what we were looking for. We only had a problem with the delivery.

after placing an order, entering all of billing and shipping info, i got an email stating that the carpet was unavailable. A week later, i look at your website, still shows it's available. What a waste of time!!

I see an order for 1 sq ft of "SHAW MESH WEAVE TILE MIDNIGHT�� 24" X 24" BUILDER(48 SQ FT/CTN)" We sell these products in full box quantities only therefore you would need to order at least 48 sq ft of this product. If you were only looking for a sample of this product you would have to order the "Sample product" for $4.00 not 1 sq ft. This was the reason your order was canceled. If you would like a sample please let us know I will have it sent out asap for you.

Just samples, but…
Order 4 different samples that were supposed to be 24” squares and only received 3 of the samples and they were only 12” squares. You can not see the whole design if it’s just one corner. I was charged for all 4 at $4 each. Not satisfied with what I received at all. Too small of a sample size to determine pattern.

We do apologize for this issue. We will be sending out the 24"x 24" full tile samples of the Shaw tiles overnight to you for the inconvenience.
At this point
At this point, I am not too satisfied with my order for the following reason:
a: On August 16, 10 cases of carpeting was ordered and displayed as "in stock" To date, I have not been notified as to the status of this order. Yesterday when checking the status, the message displayed was "in process".
b: After being charged $164.72 for shipping and handling, I will still have to pick up the carpeting at a terminal pick-up. You would think that after the high cost for shipping and handling, the carpeting would be delivered directly to this location instead of approximately 10 miles away.
Needless to say, Not too happy and not sure if I will use this company again.
