Don’t bother go somewhere proper there’s a reason why you get ‘good deals’ on the cars. They claim they do a 159 point check on every vehicle which is a bunch of lies! I bought a car and within days of owning it I had constant problems that was never sorted properly one of the main problems was it needed a new engine, they thought it would be acceptable to source and fit a second hand engine themselves ! I did not buy a car to then just a couple months later get a second hand engine put in it.
They do not contact you with updates you constantly have to ring them all the communication between everyone is all muddled up one person would say one thing and another would say a different thing.

I saw a car on Autotrader and was a bit wary of it being sold by Car Supermarket, having no idea what they are like to deal with. I read some reviews and decided to give it a try - there are plenty of warranties and guarantees to ensure nothing can really go wrong. The process was slick and straightforward from first making contact, though they do keep in touch rather frequently, I guess to make sure they make the sale. Lots of info sent by email, just take your time to read it all and don't be hurried. Seeing and test driving the car, through to collection, was excellent. Mark at Newcastle was really good to do business with. He is totally customer focused and nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly consider buying from them again.
