poor service
I accept I had the items delivered to my daughters who was off work and available but unfortunately was called back to work early so was"t in however I had a number of panels delivered around the same time by other courier's that were left either in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Rang Carter explained the situation and was told I would get a reply Monday , when I finally was contacted on Tuesday again I replied asking to be left or redirected but did not even get a reply or acknowledgement and no delivery .
since writing the review Carter rang me to appologise for delivery (yodel. says it all)and tried to rectify the problem but I had already purchased from else where.
Most of the bad reviews seem to be related to yodel delivery maybe they need to address this.

The diamond cut 3000 is one of if not the best compound I've used and would highly recommend to any detailer/valeter out there,
Yes it looks at first expensive but with the discounts it brings it in line with other equivalent compounds on the market,
It's easy to use with either rotary or dual action machines for some outstanding results

Took 3 weeks to get a machine. Emailed numerous times no reply. Fed up with no reply so we decided to call. Spoke with a couple of employees who apologised. Whom they informed me that someone would contact us back. They did and informed us that the machine was out of stock. And due in any day. Had we had know this at the beginning we would have used another supplier. Our business suffered because of this. To be honest they did give a token gift for the poor service. I think we sent 14 emails in total which we found unacceptable to have to do. Poor communication and poor service from start to finish. Shame as our industry demands perfection with faultless customer service.

great products do exactly what they say,fast delivery this is my second purchase and will definitely be buying more.

Got the order and had panel wipe missing emailed them and had no reply. Very poor customer support. Still heard nothing back and don’t expect to. Will look at other options as I need a reliable service for my business.

My experience has been good, Cartec changed my wool pad when it broke and sent me a new one out after the first order was on back log, they kindly upgraded my pad from wool to hybrid, I ordered the compound and received it

Took advantage of the summer holiday sale to replenish some existing products’ stocks and try a couple of different ones (Cartec Touch & Go Interior Dressing & Cartec Ceramic Wash, both yet to try).

Cartec never disappoints - love using their products and ordering is always easy with very fast delivery.

My faves are Cartec Twister Comfort (Snowfoam Prewash), Cartec Fast Glaze and Cartec Vinyl (Rubber & Plastic Renovator).

The compound is very good product but written information is not clear on the size of quantity,It's very expensive for the quantity.

I have a issue with my delivery and they sent another product straightway and also product are good!

Dameged item has been delivered, tried to contact support no luck.

Really helpful about which product would be suitable for slight scratches and swirls on car paint work. I then ordered the wrong product! Spoke to customer service who advised to return product and order the one I needed. The product works well with minimal effort.
