Good price very helpful staff and clear instructions

Good service - lots of info given a good advise. I think face to face would maybe have be better than phone conversation. Overall very happy with the service.

Really straightforward and helpful. No pressure to buy any additional products. Although a good selection of upgrades additions on offer

Very good service. Quick replys

I found the process to be friendly, informative, quick to respond, easy to work with and affordable. I would definitely recommend this service to friends and family.

Absolutely excellent service. Extremely thorough and patient with a very awkward customer like me ! Would totally recommend.

Excellent service, wasn't pressured into buying all the extras, which I thought would happen as I bought it through Groupon, Craig was very knowledgeable and friendly, needed the will for now but definitely be using them again in the future.

Excellent service, very thorough and knowledgeable and Nichola was lovely. Highly recommended

I had an efficient and flawless experience. The advisor was highly experienced and explained everything from start to finish. The whole process was straightforward with the advise we received.

Nichola Hughes was amazing from start to finish, she explained everything in detail and wasn't pushy. Would recommend.

All in all very satisfied with the service and great value for money.
I reduced a star as I couldn't complete or save the initial form emailed out to me (due to the format of the form). However, I was sent an alternative straight away, which worked.
Would recommend 😊

Excellent Service, fab easy communication with no hassle!

From start to finish the entire process was so easy. Prior to the first call I was expecting a bit of a hard sell regarding the “need” to purchase ancillary services but this certainly was not the case. Yes, I was told about them, and at the end of the day each or all are relevant depending on individual circumstances/requirements, but there was no pressure whatsoever to purchase. I have been so impressed by the service I received that I have opted to pay the monthly fee to continue my relationship with Carter Westwood for anything I may require should my needs or circumstances change in the future.

Great service. Explained and elaborated very nicely. Thanks Zorro, great customer service!!

Good friendly service, no issues encountered.

I have had the most excellent service. Everything explained quite simply throughout the process. The person I dealt with, Craig Hall, was extremely professional and yet so friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this service as they are brilliant.
