Carter Westwood Avis

Pete was exceptionally helpful. All areas were explained in full and when I wasn't sure took the time to explain again. The whole process was easy.

Excellent service, helpful, pleasant, friendly & explained everything clearly

Lee Follett-Smith sorted a problem out with the Land Registry he never gave up, and he kept me informed
of the progress every step of the way very pleased with the outcome. Jayne @ Graham

Had a great experience very friendly and helpful staff would highly recommend

All very professional and efficient. Made the whole process easy for us and fantastic customer service. Recommend using them.

Really professional approach the my needs and very quick to reply to my questions.

We purchased a will writing service from Wowcher having recently had a baby and feeling it was more important than ever. We used our Wowcher voucher with ease and were contacted by Clair, via email, not long afterwards introducing herself and confirming the process. We have had two calls with Clair to discuss our Will and Clair has also advised on life insurance, on our request. Clair has provided excellent advice based on our circumstances for both life insurance and our wills. We definitely would recommend Carter Westwood and in particular Clair.

very easy to complete and straightforward.

Brian and Carol Bateman

Professional and easy to use online service. Everything clearly explained and our questions were answered thoroughly.

Absolutely the best service from the first call to completion of the Will, our Representative Nichola is a credit to the company she works for, Compassionate, understanding of the process and explanation of it all every step of the way made it all seem easy for what felt like a very daunting situation, we cannot recommend them enough.

Very good service easy to follow instructions

Lee was my adviser. My will was not simple but Lee explained at every stage what was needed and why. He was at all times professional and polite but just as importantly kind and friendly.
Many thanks Lee

We did a mirror will through wowcher £19.99. Yes they do try and get more money from you but you do not need to take anything extra, with them there and then. They were kind caring and considerate to our circumstances as right now cannot afford to do the extra, but because they were considerate we most probably will go through them again.
