I returned an order a month ago, but I have not yet received a refund. The item was shipped with tracking, so I have proof that it was delivered. I have tried to contact them by phone, email, and Instagram, but I have not received a response.

Where’s my refund…?
I returned a t-shirt over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received a refund. It was sent with tracking so there’s photo proof that the item was delivered.
Cartocon won’t answer the phone when I call, and I haven’t received a reply to my email or Instagram message. Terrible communication.

I ordered a jacket in May and it was too big, i sent it back a couple days later and never heard anything back about the refund. I have emailed and phoned several times and never heard back. This is shocking, very disappointed with the lack of communication

I paid extra for express delivery and it’s not even been received by the courier yet. Really poor. No idea when I can expect to receive it even though I paid extra.

I have had a look into this for you and your order came through after out cut-off time for same-day dispatch. Usually your order would have been collected by DPD yesterday and delivered today, but due to the Bank Holiday for the Coronation, DPD did not operate collections. Your order will be collected by DPD today and it will be delivered to you tomorrow.
I apologise of the cut-off date for same-day dispatch wasn't not clear at the time you ordered. You will get a notification today as soon as DPD collect the order (they usually collect at about 1pm from us).

Delivery charge
I was charged £5.95 for delivery charge for next day delivery. It came two days later without any explanation. I emailed to find out and no response.

Hi Denisa, thank you for your order and this feedback
I have had a look into this for you and your order had the 3-5 day shipping option (£5.95), not the next working day option (£7.95). However we still processed your order ahead of schedule and it was shipped just a few hours after you placed the order. DPD collected it the same day and you should have received it the next working day, but I see DPD reported a delay with the package once it arrived at their Milton Keynes depot, so your package arrived the next day. Apologies for your experience, but we did get the order to you in two working days when it was only on a 3-5 working days service. If we can help any more, please let us know. Thank you.
