Carved Avis 

I had purchased a case from them before on sale and loved it. Decided to purchase one full price as a Christmas gift in December 2024.
The person I purchased the case for upgraded their phone last second so the case didn’t fit - no problem, I’ll just return it.

I reached out to their customer service through phone and was told to submit an email to return. I submitted an email and didn’t hear back for 5 days so I sent a follow up. After another 3 days of no answer I sent another follow up and was able to get in contact and start the return.

However, after they asked for more information, they never replied. I called in and explained the situation and they told me to submit another email request.

This entire cycle went on up until the 30 day mark at which point they told me I could not return the item as it’s passed 30 days.
The only reason it passed 30 days was because they intentionally ignored my help ticket/return request.

They’re still trying to not return my $160 despite the issue originating from them.

I will not be purchasing again nor recommending - poor customer service.

Quality products, solid craftsmanship! Loyal customer for years!

They do not glow in the dark. They dont even much feel like wood. The artwork is not as bright as shown on website. I dont know where all those positive reviews came from. But this was wayyyyy too much money for this junk.

I bought a case and a screen protector from Carved. Case is BEAUTIFUL. Unfortunately, the screen protector was not compatible with the finger print sensor on my phone. Customer service refunded me for the screen protector right away. 10/10

The cases that they have to choose from are stunning and the one that I purchased is beautiful. I love the flowers and the wood accents.
It also was delivered faster than expected.
I’m very happy with it.

Complete garbage. Phone case is not worth 10 bucks. Do not buy from this con artist.

There were a few complications with shipping and Carved’s customer service went above and beyond to sort out the issues and get the product delivered. The knife I ordered was gorgeous and very well made. We were very pleased with the quality

This Company is first class. I have ordered several products from them. They all came beautifully boxed only to be outdone by the beauty and quality of the product inside.

I was really impressed with how quickly my new case arrived. I ordered it on Sunday. Monday was a holiday and I got the case on Saturday. I love these cases! Not only are they beautiful, but they fit my phone better than any others that I've had. Thank you Carved!
