To process a refund, customers must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. This helps us validate the purchase and initiate the refund process smoothly.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and timely return of the product. Casa Argentina is not liable for items lost in return transit.
5. Inspection and Refund Approval Process
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process the refund within 7 working days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

I ordered from Casa Argentina as I was hosting a BBQ for family and friends at the weekend. After DPD failed to deliver I got in touch with Casa Argentina and they resolved the issue within hours. The level of Customer Service shown went way above what would normally be expected.
Now to the quality and taste. As a frequent visitor to Buen Ayre in Hackney I can honestly say the taste of the steak from Casa Argentina was amazing. The picanha steak was very good, however the taste of the sirloin steak was truly exceptional, it melted in your mouth. I would highly recommend ordering from this company and I definitely will be ordering from them again.

The Best Way to Celebrate May 25th
We ordered meat from Casa Argentina for a BBQ at home over the May bank holiday, as it’s Argentina’s national day and we really wanted to celebrate it from the UK. Excellent Argentine Products and Service
Another great experience with Casa Argentina. This was not my first order, and once again I was delighted with both the quality of the products and the service.
This weekend I collected my order from Croydon and bought chorizo, morcilla, steak, provoleta and empanadas, along with some ingredients to make a homemade chocotorta. Everything was fresh, authentic and excellent quality.
The products were perfect for our weekend Argentine asado, bringing back the flavours and atmosphere of home. The empanadas were delicious, the provoleta was a real treat, and the meats were superb.
Casa Argentina has become our go-to place for authentic Argentine food in the UK. Highly recommended.
