Scam company. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering two Mobile WiFi (4G-MiFi) units. Neither one works (powers on), you need a SIM Card to make work and as an Apple phone user I have no SIM cards. In addition, try sending an email to their customer service email address listed on their site and with the order confirmation: It gets rejected and never makes it to their site. There is a phone number to call but it is in China! Who calls China from the USA asking for a refund! If you are going to buy I suggest you first try sending an email to their customer service email address: this site doesn't allow me to put here but it is listed on their web site. If it comes back to you then you know I am correct and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. It should be called, "casa crap shop. com"

I ordered a device (Starlink-Powered Portable 5G Router - LIFETIME ZERO MONTHLY FEES. 100% Global Signal!) on 2026/09/07 that the seller claims accesses TV via satellite for free, The device that I received on 2026/09/14 doesn't access satellites as described by the seller. The device I got today was an outdated mobile WiFi 4G router which requires a sim card to operate (if it even does that) on a local system. It does not give you FREE TV etc as claimed by the seller.
So BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM Casacrateshop (casacrateshop.com) they SCAM you.
They SCAMMED me out of $71.45.
I am going to refer the operators of Casacrateshop to the appropriate law enforcement authorities for action,

They are a SCAM. They do not look to improve just to sell other then they claim and just keep the money.
Their email for contact is a lie it not exist.
I receive in the end some product from them but they promised to send a satellite connected device which can deliver internet in any location where no local carriers reach, but in fact they deliver hotspot devices, which deliver internet if you have a sim card to attach (from a local carrier). Any phone do that so it is useless. I can't contact them so stay away from the you tube unbelievable promises (glasses, binoculars, satellite devices or any device resulting a NASA scientist or German scientist, or any army grade devices "banned by governments or retailers" do not be stupid like me. I keep giving them 1 star because I guess 0 stars doesn't really work

Rip off! It wouldn't charge! The email account is false so you can't contact them for a refund. Just another scam site. If only there actually was a Beekeeper to go & burn this place down!

Another fraudulent site. It is disgusting that YouTube continues to advertise online scammers knowing it is a scam and fraudulent. I was scammed once, and now every time I see one of these ads, I report it to Google and YouTube. They advertise 10x the price for refund if you aren't happy which is BS because they don't refund anything. IF they respond to an email at their sketchy site, they may offer 20٪ refund, which they never follow through with. I think it is way past time that the federal agencies get involved and do a lawsuit.

Stay away from these scammers. I purchased 3 16TB SSD drives and all 3 are faulty.

Ripoff from start to finish! Device was sent without simm card which makes it completely useless.no customer service phone number and no response from countless emails sent to service department. Can't even get my money back due to no response.

I couldn't have been more disappointed. I have seen Halloween dracula teeth better made. The ad said that all you do isansoak the teeth in warm water and fit over your gums,they didn't mention that the teeth don't get soaked but the synthetic beads are the holding gel. Very deceptive.Refund if possible

I ordered their non-functioning "16 TB portable drive" from their website. I requested a cancellation of my order the same day, which they ignored. I have now sent 4 messages requesting a paid mailing label to return this piece of trash to them in order to get a refund. They have failed to respond as of April 12, 2026.

I placed a order on 27thof March and cancelled same day ,I've sent them at least 5 emails to cancel but to date not received an answer.
Then on the 4th of April they said were checking and would be back in 24 hours still waiting. The shoddy item arrived today .8th of April please take my advice never never deal with this outfit

I still have received 1t terra byte ssd. Based on the reviews I probably won't be better. I like other thought that it advertised on U tube for several weeks it was was valid product. If it's to good to be true it is.

I saw their "16TB German made external drive" ad on Youtube numerous times and thought it was an impossible price, but since YT allowed it to continue for a couple months it might be worth looking into, so I ordered it. After a month it came, Dead-on-Arrival. I wrote to Casacrateshop twice a week apart using their service email. No response. So Paypal got involved. The Chinese seller offered me $20 of the $48 paid. I said make it $48 since it was dead and they refunded me. I got the $48 thanks to Paypal and kept the item. Opened it up and it had a 64 GB micro SD card in a holder with a few components on a small board, I learned later that trick the computer into reporting it as 15 TB until you store 64GB, then it overwrites files - INSIDIOUS ! Steer clear of Casacrateshop!

'16TB SSD' is a fraud. Repeated attempts to copy files to the drive resulted in failure. The copy speed was consistently 5 - 6 MB/sec and the process would fail even though well under 100GB was copied. I complained to the company and they eventually offered to refund 20% of the purchase price. I can't speak as to whether they'd actually follow through because I didn't accept the offer. I disassembled one of the "drives" and found a board with a Micro SD card and another chip whose purpose is obviously to fool the OS into misreporting the size of the drive. I extracted the card and found it to actually have a capacity of 64GB ( 62,911,414,272) bytes). The drives are not poorly manufactured, they are a fraud.

What went wrong? You lied about the product( I also bought a 16 TB SSD wich is a bonk)); you do not answer to the customer questions or demands, your product is a farce!!! And in your website you offer more products to many other different Countries with the same low quality product; you should be Sued plus the advertiser ( You Tube- ) that help you to provide you global reach with this fake product.!!!!

I ordered SSD 16TB and when it came I wanted to return it because I decided i didn't want it. I did not open the box and wrote 3 or 4 times to the company about returning it in an unopened box, Never heard from them. I wish I read the reviews before ordering.

I wish there was a way to leave minus stars.

the compact ssd drive is junk and does not work, though the order says they will email you a copy of your order they don't, I took a screenshot and there is no way to contact the company.

This is why I consulted with ChatGPT and obviously told me this company is a scam before I came here. Now that I have check a few comments about buying that product of 16TB Portable SSD | 10Gbps USB 3.1 | 1GB/sec Transfer Speed = hard to believe. I'm not buying it. Check with AI any type of products before buying it. Just take a picture and describe it.

Ordered item on Feb 25, 2026 and order had not been received by March 15. I sent them an email of inquiry and have not gotten a responce as of today, March 20th. I checked Trustpilot today and see that this company has been getting bad reports since about March 3rd. I send this review to confirm that this is a bunk company.

Casacrateshop 16TB PORTABLE HARD DISK DRIVE SSD. Complete scam and doesn't work. They are not responding to emails. A scam.

I purchased a SSD 16 From them through the YouTube Channel - the device arrived defective and did not work / I tried for 3 days in a row to contact them via phone , but the number is is fake or something is wrong.
I also emails them and followed up with 2 more reminders- but I never go a response or acknowledgment.
Hopefully, I can resolve the matter - was a good job I used PayPal for my purchase.
